Spence was the first place we looked when looking for rings. I loved that we could walk in and pick up the rings and feel what they would be like, in a no pressure environment. Once we had found my first second and third choice rings. We were then able to narrow it down together. Once we did that the associate was very helpful and insightful. She explained the whole process and made us feel comfortable in our decision. When I finally picked my ring, we found out it was our of our price range, the associate had no problem in going and finding my ring, in our budget. I couldn't have been happier. It was what I wanted, but in the price range we could afford. Once it was over, It was now between my now husband and the associate. We then got to pick my diamond and went over details. I love my ring and I have had no problems in the year we have been dealing with Spence. They are quick to clean my ring anytime I come in, and when I had a loose diamond, they sent it out right away and had it back in time for my engagement party.
