They ordered multiple wedding bands for me until I found the one that was best for me. They are always very helpful and do not charge for any cleaning or polishing services.

True story: left my engagement ring in a dressing oom and 3 weeks later it was "returned" to the store and me. During that time we filed an insurance claim and Mark helped us to locate and order a new ring to match the exact one my husband picked out for me... A very unique design.

My husband actually got my engagement ring from Special Designs and was so impressed with the service, it was just natural we would go back for our wedding bands. My 'forever-in-a-t-shirt-and-jeans' husband was apparently, very particular (maybe it was nerves!) about what he wanted the engagement ring to look like and Kevin and Marc were so kind and patient helping him look at a number of bands and working to find the perfect one (which all three succeeded in!) I got to know them after, when it came time for wedding bands, and they were just as helpful. They are very friendly, fair and professional. Every time I have been in for anything (looking at wedding bands, buying them, getting Mother's day gifts, etc.) they have cleaned my ring for free so I leave the store sparkling again! We will be doing all of our major jewelry purchases going forward with them (they have a range of prices). Highly recommend!!
