I ABSOLUTELY recommend The Pressroom for anyone who is looking for a wedding venue or a place for your next event.
Not only is the venue STUNNINGLY beautiful (I still can’t believe how amazing all of my photos turned out), but the service is absolutely impeccable. So many of our guests came up at the end of the night and complimented how great the servers and bartenders were and how great of time they all had.
The entire planning process from the initial meeting to coordinating with all the vendors was so easy and seamless. Being from out of town, I appreciate that they handled everything so I could just show up and enjoy the day.
I was most impressed with our day of coordinator, who was an absolute game changer! The day flowed so smoothly, despite an emergency situation with one of my family members. She handled the situation professionally and with compassion. She also did an amazing job of adjusting the timeline and getting the day back on track. I truly don’t believe our day would have been such a success if not for her and The Pressroom staff. They gave me the fairy tale wedding of my dreams and I truly could not speak more highly of this venue and team! 20/10 recommend!!

We had an amazing experience planning our wedding at the Press Room. The venue itself is stunning with all of the twinkling lights and big windows, but the staff at Spaces in the City went above and beyond to help us plan and execute a perfect wedding day. Every single person we spoke to throughout the process was responsive, transparent, and proactive, which was incredibly helpful as we navigated the planning process from out of state. This is truly a full-service wedding venue with catering (and several other things) provided in-house and tons of excellent vendor partners, which helped immensely with our vendor selection. The standard for quality here is unbelievably high, so everything that was provided by the Press Room or recommended by the Press Room was of the best possible quality, as well as flawlessly executed.

The small details at this venue are what really puts it a step above. The bridal suite is spacious with 5 hair and makeup stations plus a comfy seating area, tons of natural light, and hanging racks for dresses. We ordered breakfast through the Press Room, which was ready when we arrived and kept hot throughout the morning. Every staff member we interacted with on the wedding day was ready to step in to assist with any possible need, including random things like re-bustling my dress or making sure someone brought us appetizers after we finished our photos. We had about 135 guests, which is much smaller than the capacity of the Press Room, but they helped us plan a layout that used the space well so that it didn't feel like the room was overwhelmingly large.

I could list many other things that I loved about working with the Press Room, but overall I will just say that I was extremely impressed by the quality, the value, and the truly full-service nature of the Press Room/Spaces in the City. I could not recommend it enough for any type of event!

We cannot thank the entire staff at The Press Room enough! From the moment of the first meeting we knew this was our wedding venue. They made every step of the process so easy and took care of every little detail. They were all so nice and generous the entire time. Definitely recommend them to any newlywed couple looking for their future wedding venue.

We absolutely fell in love with the Press Room! The food and drinks were phenomenal, the dj had us on the floor dancing the entire night! All of the staff were so amazing, and they really brought our dream wedding to life! All of our friends and family have said such amazing things about the Press Room, and that it’s the most fun they’ve ever had at a wedding!

We had wonderful experience planning our wedding with the Spaces in the City team. We loved the "All Inclusive" concept. As a couple planning a wedding from a different city, I truly don't know how our wedding would have been possible without The Press Room. The team worked tirelessly to make our dreams come true and keeping us as stress free as possible. The venue, drinks, food, atmosphere, etc. all felt so elevated, while staying in a reasonable price point. I would recommend this venue to all my friends.

We cannot recommend the Press Room and the Spaces in the City Team strongly enough! From day one, Demi and Hensley were extremely responsive, thorough, and professional. They have an excellent wedding preparation program that walks you through every step efficiently, yet allows you to pay plenty of attention to the small and unique details that make your day as special as possible. Our day-of team included Emma and Carly as the main contacts. They executed every detail from our planning process and handled any situation that arose quickly and in a way that allowed us to fully enjoy the day with each other, our friends, and our families. Our guests could not stop talking about how beautiful the space was, how delicious the food was, and how tasty the specialty cocktails were!
We had the BEST day and know that everyone on the Spaces in the City Team was a big part of making that happen!

If you're looking for a wonderful venue for your event, look no further. This is it. I toured so many venues in knoxville and this one far surpassed the rest. the staff goes above and beyond to make your wedding vision come true. I had a big wedding, about 250 guests and the space accommodated it so well. Outside of the physical space, the team here at The Press Room is incredible. Each meeting we had to plan the event was very professional and they said yes to every request I had (which was also unlike every other place we looked at). Demi specifically was the most incredible key to the success of my wedding. It was magical and the team involved in making it happen deserve all the five star reviews possible. You will not be disappointed if you choose to go with The Press Room. They make dreams come true.

My husband and I would recommend this venue to anyone. They made the wedding planning process so easy, and the vendors they work with are amazing. The space itself is also lovely.

We had the best day with this venue! They catered to every need begininning at 8 AM with coffee and mimosas to the end of the night when we the wedding was over and cleaned everything up. Being so hands off and letting them handle everything allowed us to enjoy the day and be present rather than having to worry about the details. The venue provides all the catering and drinks for the space which was a great addition so we did not have to worry about that. Not to mention, the food and drinks were unreal, we are still getting compliments on the food. I can't say enough positive things enough about this venue and the people that helped us that day, but I think the one thing that really stuck out to my the most was how much they cared about us and literally catered every detail to our need.

The space was beautiful and clean, bathrooms were stocked all night and the bridal suite was so nice and perfect for a large group to get ready in. They were willing to move things for us and switch things around up until the last second, and were happy to do so.

Special shoutout to Demi and Hensely who planned the entire thing, Joel who coordinated music and the rehearsal practice and Maggie and all other staff working the day of our event. Our wedding would have never been what it was without you all!!!

Truly can’t say enough good about this venue! The Pressroom is fantastic! At first it seemed expensive but by comparison they give you much much more than you are paying for!!! And the venue could not offer a more perfectly beautiful backdrop for photographs
