Sova Gardens is a hidden gem in Sebastopol. We worked with Denise to book our wedding there and it was the easiest thing ever! The venue and farmhouse are so charming and the layout is perfect. The farmhouse is an absolute must-have for the wedding day, it makes getting ready so easy and comfortable, especially for the bridal party! The redwoods in the center of the venue are the star of the show and made for a breathtaking backdrop to our ceremony. The covered dance floor area was perfect for us to party all night long and there was plenty of space for us to have lawn games and even a bounce house! Everyone was thoroughly impressed with the venue and all the accommodations; we'd definitely get married here every weekend if we could!

I have only wonderful things to say about Sova Gardens. After a lengthy search for a wine country venue within our budget, we finally landed on Sova Gardens and instantly felt comfortable with Denise and Paul who were incredibly easy to work with. Our initial walk through with Paul was easy, relaxed, and informative. Sova Gardens is run by genuinely good people who are here to help you celebrate life's biggest moments and make sure that all of your guests have a great time. I remember visiting other venues and feeling like just a number, where they shuffle you in and out among other weddings that weekend like a wedding factory. Not at Sova Gardens. You have the whole weekend to yourself. Not to mention the grounds are stunning. You're surrounded by flowers, a small cluster of towering redwood trees, and modern farmhouse/farmhouse chic vibes. There are ample photography shots with blooming flowers, expansive grassy fields, rustic farm structures, etc. There was also a great house on the property that you can rent for the weekend which is great for bridal parties/family. Denise and Paul are so easy to work with when it comes to working with vendors and arranging walk throughs. When we had to postpone our wedding due to COVID, they were incredibly understanding and allowed us to change our date with no penalties. As a stressed-out bride, I can't tell you how much of a relief it was to work with them. Unfortunately, we ended up having to cancel our wedding completely, but again, Denise and Paul were incredibly understanding and empathetic. I have heard horror stories from other brides who had to cancel/postpone their weddings and suffered at the hands of the venue, which was not the case at all at Sova Gardens. If you are considering booking with Sova Gardens, don't hesitate! I recommend them fully.

My husband and I got married a couple weeks ago after falling in love with Sova Gardens in June of last year. From the start, Sova’s owners Denise and Paul and their staff were incredible to work with . The venue is so so so gorgeous and exactly what we wanted—but knowing it is owned and managed by such amazing people just made it that much better. Paul is so talented and we rented just about all of his hand made pieces for our big day. We also rented out the farmhouse for the weekend which was a must for us. I will forever be grateful my husband and I found the magical Sova Gardens.
