Southern Rose Florist is an event based organization. We take pride in every event we are a part of. As your event is drawing near we can ease your concerns with all of your floral needs. We offer all of the floral for your centerpieces, bouquets, boutonnieres, and ceremony flowers. With years of experience we can assist you in the preparation for your upcoming event. We are always open to the imaginations and perception of our customers. A deposit is required after completion of a quote. We ask at least 30 days of planning time, on large orders. The final payment is due 14 day before your event at which time conciliation is advised to confirm the logistics of your order. Smaller order require less preparation and therefore less time Delivery is available in the Metro Atlanta area. Charges are applied and are based on distance for our central hub in Hiram Georgia. Charges are subject to change. Time must be given to allow us to setup any floral before your event. During delivery and setup our employees will be dressed in “Polo” shirts and khakis. Pick up is available for the night prior to your celebration. A window of time is given to you the week of your pick up. We pride ourselves in doing the high quality events at competitive prices. Flowers are priced on rarity and season. All prep is done at our shop and is then transported to your facility. We are not responsible for damage to floral due to weather during your event. If you need us to return to the site to repair damaged work due to customer neglect or weather charges may apply. All work is confirmed by the customer before we leave the site. All rental items (candelabra, and vases) are the responsibility of the customer. If you decide to purchase the items through us the hardware is yours and is non-refundable. Amble time is needed to assemble custom designs in your containers. All sales are final and non-refundable on prepaid orders.
