Have you ever had a female limo driver? Neither have I! She just started her job within the month, I believe, but she seemed like a pro. She called me to tell me she was on the way (That's a plus), she was friendly and made myself and my bridal party feel safe!

My wedding was just magical! a beautiful combination of white rose bouquets and shining smiles. We celebrated in style but kept it classy at the same time. The white limo we rented fit the occasion perfectly. 12 of my closest family and friends joined us for a ride to the church, for pictures in a park and reception. The trip were fast, cozy and nice. Cold air bl;owing from the AC made us look forward to get in the limo every time. I'm quite sad that we only had it for 4 hours. in other words: Best Florida Limo made my day, literally. I couldn't be more happy with the service.

This company advertises wedding services and I'm posting this review so you can be aware that they can easily ruin your special day and not care much about it. On October 24, 2012, we contracted South Florida Limos on short notice without checking reviews on the Internet and became their next victim. We asked this company to provide the best VIP service available to one of our best clients. We signed a contract and paid in advance, including 20% gratuity for the driver. This was a simple transport to Miami International Airport, a 10-mile ride. What was supposed to be a nice gesture for our client and his family turned into a nightmare for our company when the limo driver demanded payment from our client and obtained his credit card imprint despite the fact that we had paid the full amount in advance. Needless to say, the client was embarrassed in front of his wife and friends and insulted that we had offered a complimentary ride that wound up costing him $102 for a 10 mile ride to the airport. Not the way to make a good impression. When I contacted the company, it became evident why they have so many bad reviews all over the Internet and why they've racked up 25 complaints with the Better Business Bureau. No one at the company thought it was a big deal because according to them, the client's credit card was not charged. They refuse to understand that the damage was done the moment our client was asked to pay for what was supposed to be a complimentary ride. After being bounced around to several employees, many of whom claim to be managers, I demanded to speak to the owner. The owner identified himself as Dale, but he is not the owner of record. I explained the situation to Dale and proposed a way for him to remedy the situation: have your best driver pick up our client on the way back and deliver a letter of apology for the other driver's indiscretion. They promised to do it, but never did.
