I scheduled an appointment about a month in advance. When I got to my appointment, she wasn’t there. She didn’t have enough professionalism to contact me prior to my appointment time to share that she would no longer be able to provide service. 1) I should have known prior to the appointment that there was a change 2) WTH you mean we can’t talk until later? 3) give me my damn money back.

Don’t use this business, people. She might excel at her craft, but she obviously lacks common sense and professionalism. Buyer Beware!!!!!
