Cinthia Moore Hair & Makeup Artists is a team of experienced makeup artists based in Houston, Texas. The artists are led by 30-year veteran makeup artist Cinthia Moore. Cinthia's team brings its high-definition television broadcast experience to the wedding industry. We provide makeup for engagement pictures, bridal portraits, and all your wedding day needs. We want our bride and grooms to feel gorgeous and glamourous inside and out.

We can work with the entire wedding party and can provide both hair and makeup. A minimum of four people are required. One artist can work with up to six people in a party. We offer traditional makeup services along with airbrush makeup and lashes.

Cinthia Moore Hair & Makeup artists are available in Houston, Austin and San Antonio. We will also travel as needed.

Cinthia Moore’s hair and makeup experience runs across multiple industries including retail, modeling, broadcast, corporate, and bridal. She started her career more than 30 years ago working with several makeup companies. She’s worked for Estee Lauder, PageParkes Modeling Agency, KHOU-TV, Fox 26, and numerous local and national television programs. She used this experience to grow her bridal business. Cinthia prides herself in making every bride feel comfortable by highlighting her natural beauty.
