Josh was amazing! Not only were his prices low, his food was amazing. Our initial catering company fell through on us 5 months before our wedding and we were having trouble finding a BBQ caterer that had affordable, good food. Josh delivered on his promises and delivered more than enough food for everyone. We had brisket, chicken, mac n cheese, beans, rolls, and Caesar salad. Sauces were great, food was great, and everyone was happy with the food served!
