The Catering Team was started in 2004 when the owners of Smoke & Spice gourmet BBQ catering, bowed to the numerous requests from their client base to create and produce additional menus items and serve them with distinction and class. This venture which which became its own catering division named The Catering Team has mission is to produce only the finest quality events, with world class food and impeccable service.

The Catering Team is owned by the Husband and Wife team of Chef Owner Mark and Owner Ingrid Rogers. Mark is a south Florida native who has been cooking and perfecting award winning recipes since 1988. Mark is passionate about food and has planned every vacation in his adult life around restaurants and food festivals he has wanted savor.

Ingrid Rogers the Colombian borne catering event producer is and avid fine arts fan. Ingrid loves classical ballet which she has studied since 1986.
