This tent company was reliable and flexible. They helped me figure out what size tent we needed, and they provided lighting, the dance floor, and the stage. They even came out to our venue (my parents' home) all the way in Fairfax, Va months in advance to look at the spot where the tent would go to make sure everything would work. The tent and the lighting they provided were absolutely stunning.

We got married at the Clifton Inn and worked with Liz from skyline who was awesome and actually have us 50% off for the bistro lighting bc they were already up in the tent and then helped us pick a chandelier which was beautiful. Everything looked amazing--we also got fans and spot coolers and they were very flexible and awesome to work with!!!

Outstanding quality! These tents are seriously the best you can find. Sail cloth beats all other tents, by far. The quality and the professional installation were the best. Installed in downtown Charleston, our venue was greatly enhanced by this beautiful tent and cafe lighting. Highly recommended!

The tent got truly used due to significant rain. And it was sturdy and did it's job well. The set up team was also a huge help - a big tree feel into the entry road the evening before the set up. When they came, they graciously took over the chainsawing and log moving - VERY grateful!

Overall, our experience with Skyline Tent Company was quite positive. Liz, our primary contact, was very responsive and professional. She gave us a lot of rental options for our tent, dance floor, and lighting, and she worked with us to find an option that suited our budget. We were ultimately VERY pleased with the look and feel that we achieved, and we would definitely work with Skyline Tent Company again in the future.

I hired Skyline Tent Company because they were the closest vendor that rented the BEAUTIFUL Sperry Tents...which are made of sail cloth and wooden beams, rather than vinyl and metal. These tents are magnificent and add a real WOW factor to any event. It was well worth the money we spent to get it from Charlottesville down to the Outer Banks of NC.

From the start, my communication with the staff via email and phone was always pleasant and my questions and concerns were answered in a timely and professional manner. Everyone that works there was friendly and helpful throughout the entire process, whether it was coordinating tent size with our wedding venue and decor with our florist, or helping to get materials together to get a tent permit -- they were top notch!

The set-up crew arrived on time and went right to work. They were friendly, attentive, and in good spirits the entire time. It was amazing to watch them put this tent up! It was the first time they had traveled to the Outer Banks to put up one of these tents and it wont be the last. Everyone who was involved in the wedding was impressed!

The only mini-glitch that occurred was the last minute coordination of tent take down time the day after the wedding. We should have discussed this detail prior to the day of the wedding so that all of the vendors could coordinate getting their stuff out from under the tent. On our contract it said time TBD and I should have probably paid a little more attention to that. The crew told my wedding coordinator that they wanted to come at 5am to take down the tent the next day. While this could have been a big deal, it ended up fine. Everyone pitched in to get things moved out from under the tent. The crew came in the next morning as quiet as could be and that glorious tent was gone by 6am! I would just advise brides to just get that detail straight ahead of time!

Overall, I loved working with Skyline and would hire them again in a heartbeat! THANK YOU!

Liz Powers with Skyline Tent is responsive, flexible, and knowledgeable. Liz was quick to tell me what size tent I needed for my reception, what layout for the tables worked best, and sent me photos of the various options. Tents in general are pricey (my lower score on the cost), but Skyline did a beautiful job. I definitely recommend the drapes on the poles.

Liz also allowed me to add side drapes the day before the wedding (a cold front rolled in and I forgot to call her on Thursday).

I opted for the basic light scheme, which was plenty, but the pinpoint lights would have been pretty, and had it been a warmer night, the lanterns would have been beautiful.

Charlie at Skyline helped us find the perfect tent for our outdoor wedding. We rented a sailcloth tent and Charlie was very easy to work with. The tent was exactly as promised, in great condition with wooden beams and string lights. They came to set it up 2 days before the wedding and came back the next day to take it down. Would recommend Skyline for any tent needs!!

We used Skyline Tent Company in Charlottesville for the large tent to cover the back deck of the Clifton Inn so we could have our ceremony and reception out there. I loved the clear-top tent and the bistro lighting that Liz suggested. I think we could have done without the 4 heaters (it got really hot in there!) but the tent was very beautiful and was exactly how I pictured it. The event technician was sometimes hard to find but he regulated the heaters for us when we got too hot. We also had a freak snowstorm with high winds that blew the sidewalls around but all in all it was a good experience with Skyline.

I wish my experience in dealing with Skyline had been more pleasant but I felt as if I had to jump through hoop after hoop to get service from them.
