About
Simpson Bagpipes was born out of love and enjoyment of playing the bagpipes. Andy was born in Scotland and joined the Scots Guards as a fifteen year old. He was trained by the masters of piping and has been successfully playing for the Queen and many others throughout his life. He recently taught his wife, Ann, to play in the same style as he was taught. Together, they make wonderful Scottish/Celtic music to greatly enhance your event, whether a magnificent wedding or a celebration of life.
On many occasions, they have properly buried individuals of Scottish/Irish heritage - returning the deceased to their ancestors of long ago. "Amazing Grace" floating over the graveyard rocks the very soul of humanity and sends the newly departed to their ancestral home in the heavens.
Last year we helped to celebrate the eightieth birthday of a vivacious woman who laughed and cried when she heard us play. Such an endearing soul which made our job tremendously easy because she loved life to the fullest. We love to entertain people that give us such wonderful memories!
We "live" to play our pipes for you! We'll bring these unusual instruments to your event for a brief moment in time you'll never forget!
