I can only recommend ordering a wedding cake from Simply Sweets by Lauren if you want the most incredibly gorgeous cake in the world. We ordered with Lauren for our wedding in September of 2024, and we were astounded; we had high expectations to begin with, and she definitely exceeded them. The cake overall was beautiful, but the sugar flowers were honestly unreal – one guest thought that our cake was fake because of how amazing they looked. Not only that, but it also tasted heavenly; we requested a marble cake with alternating tiers mocha and cookies and cream buttercream frosting, and our friends have been gushing for weeks about how delicious it was. Lauren gave us the perfect cake for our special day, and I don’t think we could have been more thrilled.

Lauren was a delight to work with right from the start and she makes the BEST carrot cake I've ever had! She put together a beautiful tasting that immediately made a great impression. She understood what we were asking for in design, she didn't try to force her ideas on us, she promptly responded to emails and could not have been more accommodating when COVID postponed our original date and when it came to scheduling the delivery of our cake. Lauren does retail on Saturday mornings and the shop is adorable and clean and it is always a pleasant experience visiting.

Lauren is famous in my world! Every birthday and graduation creation has been better than the last. Gonna be hard to top the Rolex box cake... they call You the Rolex cake person at Roman Jewelers!❤️
