Simply Southern is a go to in our family for event catering and it’s easy to see why. We had so many compliments on the delicious food and they are such kind people. You absolutely cannot go wrong with them!

All of my guests are still talking about how great the food was. We used them for our cocktail hour, buffet dinner, as well as cake-cutting services. No complaints here. We loved it.

When we began the process of planning our daughter’s wedding reception, we knew right from the start that we wanted a southern flare to the food that was offered. We had worked with Simply Southern before at several events and knew that they offered exactly the high quality menu with that touch of the south that we were looking for. The staff is very professional and the food is just out of this world! I lost count of the number of guests at the reception who came up to me praising the deliciousness of the food that was offered. Several of them even went as far as to say that it was the best “wedding food” that they had ever partaken of. I have to say that, I am inclined to agree with them. Simply Southern offers southern flavored comfort food that is just as much at home at a fancy wedding ceremony as it is at your grandma’s kitchen table. It’s the best of both worlds, really.

Simply Southern was a no brainer for our wedding. We chose chicken fingers, ham, squash casserole, green beans, macaroni, salad, and dinner rolls. And for our cocktail hour we did grilled cheese with tomato bisque. AND LET ME TELL YOU--everyone was raving over the food. The portions are amazing--we never ran out, and everything was to die for. She supplied the non-acholic drinks as well, and everything was set up nicely. Typing this right now is making my mouth water for that food all over again. Simply Southern catered our rehearsal dinner. Everyone raved about the food, took plenty home AND ate it!! We had an added surprise of an extra side and an extra dessert and my guests could not get enough!! Amy was so stress-free to work with- a true professional!!
