There aren’t words to describe Danielle and the level of professionalism she brings to your wedding day. Danielle doesn’t ask whose job it is- she just handles it. As a wedding vendor myself, I’ve worked with many planners and day of coordinators. When I was planning for my own wedding, I picked my date around Dani’s availability because that’s how important it was to me that she was the one overseeing the most important day of my life.

Dani has her i’s dotted and t’s crossed. Shes organized, professional and remembers all the little details that matter. I recommend all of my brides to her for a reason. And I’m honored to have been one of her 2026 brides!!

She is extremely talented (!!!), creative, overly patient, kind, funny, organized, communicative, flexible & supportive throughout the entire planning process & especially on wedding day - it wouldn't have been nearly as seamless or beautiful without Danielle leading the charge. Plus all of our wedding party & guests loved her just as much as we do! She picked up my niece (the flower girl) when she got fussy during the ceremony & played with toys to keep her distracted! She's genuinely fun to be around.

She thought of things we didn't even know to ask, and helped bridge the gap for us as planning a wedding from a distance has its challenges. On the day of, she had it planned down to the minute and made sure everyone was on track - from the wedding party to vendors to guests.

She truly went above & beyond to ensure not one single detail was missed which seems impossible, but she did and with a smile the entire time.

Danielle absolutely exceeded all expectations that I could have had for a wedding planner. After hearing friends struggle day-of with their planners, I was hesitant at first, but OMG did Dani deliver! While I wanted to choose the vendors, DIY decor, etc. in advance, and in the weeks leading up to the wedding Dani stepped in seamlessly to coordinate with the vendors, meet me before the wedding to hand off decor, and answer my million little questions. On the day of the wedding, she handled everything before I could have even thought to ask. She also handled my overbearing parents with grace, and even the Catering Manager at the resort where we had our wedding was singing her praises. She made it so that we were all truly to able to relax and enjoy the day, and to be honest, I have no idea if there were any hiccups with vendors or the event because if there was, she handled it! There was not one detail that she overlooked - she even made sure my husband and I had drinks in our hands when we were taking family portraits after the ceremony (Lord knows that's when you need them the most!). I really couldn't have a better wedding and Dani made it possible! Book them ASAP.

Our wedding was honestly more than a dream. Every single thing was perfect and amazing….I haven’t been able to find the words yet to describe it even 7 months later. I would do that day over and over again! It went so smoothly and everything leading up to it, Keali was there every step of the way. It wouldn’t have been what it was without her! Definitely could not have done it without her! The planning was flawless, communication was thorough, and every detail covered. When it came time for the big day, we didn’t lift a finger. I had the pleasure of working with Keali, and, from start to finish, everything was fantastic. During our initial phone call, Keali asked some questions on where I was in the planning process, my wedding vision, and what I was looking for in a planner/coordinator. Based on the information I gave her she advised that month of coordination would be best, so I went with her suggestion. This was the best money spent on the wedding. Starting in mid-August, Keali completely took over communication with the vendors and sent me little to-dos to keep me on track. I am a procrastinator by nature so these were extremely helpful!! The week of my wedding everyone kept commenting on how relaxed I seemed; this was 100% percent because of Keali, thanks to her every single thing was done going into wedding week and I was able to relax and enjoy it to the fullest! I even trusted her to execute the table settings/decor (something I am normally VERY OCD about) because I knew she would make sure they were perfect!

Since the wedding I have had countless people comment on how smooth everything went, and how perfect the wedding was, and several family members have mentioned Keali and her flawless execution specifically. I will missing chatting and working with her!

I was initially skeptical as to whether or not a planner was needed, but upon meeting Danielle my husband and I deemed her essential for our special day. One of our best wedding decisions! I am a very organized person by nature with high standards - Danielle exceeded them all!

When I inquired about the different planning offerings, Danielle insisted we only needed month-of services and did not try to up-sell us, as many wedding vendors do throughout the process. Regardless, she absolutely went above and beyond month-of responsibilities, offering us vendor suggestions and essentially becoming my therapist through the ups and downs of the covid wedding planning process. As we were traveling from out of town, Danielle even let me ship packages to her home leading up to the wedding. When all was said and done, I truly felt as if Danielle was one of my best friends!

Wedding day is when Danielle is truly in her element. I did not worry about a thing day-of and everything came into place perfectly with her meticulous coordination. Again, with my very high standards, I would not change a thing about our wedding day and Danielle was the ring leader of the whole event. I could not recommend her more!!

We originally hired Dani through another venue but had to change venues a few months before our wedding. Dani jumped in and saved our wedding. She is organized, understanding, and willing to do whatever she can to make your day perfect. She was easy to communicate with and got answers to our questions right away. The day of our wedding, she made sure everything was perfectly placed and in order leaving me with no stress!! She is energetic, fun, and an awesome person to work with. I would recommend her over and over again!

I should preface my review by stating that I am NOT always an easy person to deal with- I am very much a planner and control queen in my daily life, and trusting someone else to be this person for my big day was a huge leap of faith. We knew Danielle from other weddings we had attended or been a part of but I wasn't sure if she could meet *my* organizational and planning expectations, as I was not a laid back bride with a "hands off" approach. I asked a million questions- sometimes the same question multiple times. Danielle answered me with honesty, grace, and professionalism every time. She listened and incorporated my ideas, vision, and style into my day, but was not afraid to let her experience and professional opinion supersede my own when it was for the better.
My original wedding was postponed the week of the event. I would not have accepted this news well from anyone other than Danielle. She knew what I would need to hear, what information and options I would want, and had this all organized and ready to go before ever breaking the news to me. We were able to re-plan my entire event within 48 hours.
Danielle is well respected in the industry and other vendors know and appreciate her planning style. She is able to command a room and large groups with confidence and everyone knows who is running the show! My wedding party and parents were appreciative of her no-nonsense directives during rehearsal and day of instructions to make everything quick and simple; while at the same time making sure every moment was fun and enjoyable. I did not feel we had a wedding planner that "just loves weddings"- we had a friend that truly cared about our experience with her from day one. She made sure we were having a great evening every moment of our event and I would go through all the stress and get married 100 more times (....to the same dude) if she could plan and coordinate every one. She was made for this!

Adored working with Dani! By the end of our wedding planning I felt like she was my best friend/ fairy godmother/ miracle worker. The week of our wedding, it dropped 30 degrees and poured rain all weekend. Totally not ideal for an outdoor ceremony and ourdoor reception. Dani made sure every possible option was on the table and helped us find a way to carry over the feeling of the day that we had planned, into the day that could actually happen because of the weather. Though we were excited to have everything outside, we moved our wedding and reception indoors and it was BETTER than we had planned. And that is all because of Dani. Dani went above and beyond in the planning process to help with any questions and concern. Her husband even picked up the wedding arbor my grandfather made so he didnt have to worry about transport. Day of, I was able to relax knowing that she had everything covered. If you are wondering if a Day of Coordinator is worth it, the answer is yes. If you are wondering if having Dani as your DOC is worth it, the answer is HECK YES.
