Julia was a complete joy to work with leading up to our wedding this past October!! We hired Julia following a terrible experience with a different planner, and with just 6 months left before the big day, she was a breath of fresh air that brought us to our dream wedding. Wedding planning is stressful, and even more so from afar (this was a destination wedding, as we're in Cincinnati!) and a shorter engagement period. Julia's joy for planning, expertise in the industry, and responsiveness eased all of the tension caused by our previous experience, and she helped us navigate the seemingly endless list of details and questions that arose with ease and professionalism. She quickly became our most trusted resource and always made us feel comfortable in the decisions we were making. Never did we feel we were not a priority to her, even while she was juggling dozens of weddings, six of which would be on our same night, all while navigating new motherhood to her adorable son!! Needless to say, Julia is a complete rockstar.

When it came to the big day, Julia's assistant, Karen, was our day-of coordinator. I must admit, I was nervous to be handed off since we had grown to know Julia so well, but I knew we would be in excellent hands. Karen's attention to detail, gentle demeanor, and excellent coordination truly gave us the most incredible wedding day. Everything was perfect, and when we faced a slight delay in our schedule, Karen navigated it with grace and ensured we were part of the decision made to adjust our timeline slightly. We felt SO completely cared for and everyone had the most incredible night thanks to Julia's team. Although Julia had SIX different weddings that evening, she never failed to give us the attention we needed throughout the planning process, and even took the time to stop by our reception to dance for a bit!! Julia and her team were one of the greatest gifts to our family and truly changed the course of our wedding. It was such a perfectly happy day, and we can truly thank Julia for that! Julia was an essential part of our day! She kept us so organized throughout the whole wedding planning process. She was quick to respond to any concerns/questions that I had. On our wedding day, she communicated with all our vendors and created a really beautiful environment for us to get married. It was truly no stress all fun! Julia made my wedding absolutely beautiful! She made my vision come to life and provided the most amazing decor. Not only was everything stunning, but she provided the most amazing service. Where do I even begin?! We hired Julia as a Month of Coordinator and before we even hit the 8 week mark, she was helping me, answering my numerous questions, recommending vendors, and so much more! She took on communicating to our vendors every detail that they needed to know, I didn't have to worry about anything. She was so patient as we reworked our timeline several times and reminded me of the little details and small things that would end up making a big difference the day of. She even called in a last minute favor for us that made a huge difference on our big day.

Come the week of wedding, I wasn't stressed, anxious, or nervous because I knew she was on top of things. Come the day of, I could have cried she was so amazing. Not only did she steam my wedding dress, but she made sure that everything was running smoothly, gave photo suggestions, made sure we were fed and constantly had a drink in our hands, delivered small surprises we had planned throughout the wedding, and so much more!
She handled our rowdy guest so well and made sure that if anything did go wrong, we didn't know about it!

When we said goodbye at the end of the night, I wanted to say "I love you", I cannot recommend her enough. The only thing I would have done differently was hire her to plan my entire wedding!
