Julia was a complete joy to work with leading up to our wedding this past October!! We hired Julia following a terrible experience with a different planner, and with just 6 months left before the big day, she was a breath of fresh air that brought us to our dream wedding. Wedding planning is stressful, and even more so from afar (this was a destination wedding, as we're in Cincinnati!) and a shorter engagement period. Julia's joy for planning, expertise in the industry, and responsiveness eased all of the tension caused by our previous experience, and she helped us navigate the seemingly endless list of details and questions that arose with ease and professionalism. She quickly became our most trusted resource and always made us feel comfortable in the decisions we were making. Never did we feel we were not a priority to her, even while she was juggling dozens of weddings, six of which would be on our same night, all while navigating new motherhood to her adorable son!! Needless to say, Julia is a complete rockstar.
When it came to the big day, Julia's assistant, Karen, was our day-of coordinator. I must admit, I was nervous to be handed off since we had grown to know Julia so well, but I knew we would be in excellent hands. Karen's attention to detail, gentle demeanor, and excellent coordination truly gave us the most incredible wedding day. Everything was perfect, and when we faced a slight delay in our schedule, Karen navigated it with grace and ensured we were part of the decision made to adjust our timeline slightly. We felt SO completely cared for and everyone had the most incredible night thanks to Julia's team. Although Julia had SIX different weddings that evening, she never failed to give us the attention we needed throughout the planning process, and even took the time to stop by our reception to dance for a bit!! Julia and her team were one of the greatest gifts to our family and truly changed the course of our wedding. It was such a perfectly happy day, and we can truly thank Julia for that! Hiring Julia was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. From the very beginning, she was incredibly organized, attentive, and truly on top of every single detail throughout the entire planning process and wedding day. I had a million questions during our year and a half of planning (very Type A bride over here!) and she was always patient, reassuring, and happy to help no matter what.
The week of our wedding brought rain, and I was so stressed and emotional about the weather, but she kept me calm the entire week leading up to it and especially on the wedding day itself. She handled everything so seamlessly and executed every detail so perfectly that I was actually able to relax and fully enjoy the day. Even with the rain, our wedding turned out more beautiful than I could have imagined because of her.
She is truly amazing at what she does and cares so deeply about her couples. If you are looking for a wedding planner, look no further — she is simply the best.

We got married this May in Hilton Head, and hiring Julia was truly the best decision we made for our entire wedding. From day one, she went above and beyond in every single way.
Julia helped us find and select all of our vendors, designed our entire vision from the ground up, and managed our budget with so much care and transparency. She created our wedding website, perfected our timeline, and coordinated seamlessly with every vendor so we didn’t have to stress about a thing.
On the actual wedding day, Julia handled everything — setup, décor, timing, communication — all with a calm, confident presence that made us feel so taken care of. She brought our vision to life even better than we imagined.
Beyond her talent, she’s just an absolute joy to work with: organized, creative, responsive, and genuinely invested in making your day incredible.
She made our planning experience smooth and enjoyable, and we can’t imagine our wedding without her. Highly, highly recommend! -

Do yourself a favor and hire Julia!
I cannot say enough about Julia and her team. She is incredible! At every turn, she was so willing to answer my questions and give me feedback. I really needed someone who would help me refine my ideas and vision, and she was so intentional about providing tips along the way. In my short three month engagement, Julia went above and beyond to make this day truly beautiful and seamless. Her assistant, Taylor, worked tirelessly to pull everything off on the day of, and I could not have loved it more. I also rented silk flowers from her, and they worked perfectly. No one could tell! Julia was an essential part of our day! She kept us so organized throughout the whole wedding planning process. She was quick to respond to any concerns/questions that I had. On our wedding day, she communicated with all our vendors and created a really beautiful environment for us to get married. It was truly no stress all fun! Where do I even begin?! We hired Julia as a Month of Coordinator and before we even hit the 8 week mark, she was helping me, answering my numerous questions, recommending vendors, and so much more! She took on communicating to our vendors every detail that they needed to know, I didn't have to worry about anything. She was so patient as we reworked our timeline several times and reminded me of the little details and small things that would end up making a big difference the day of. She even called in a last minute favor for us that made a huge difference on our big day.
Come the week of wedding, I wasn't stressed, anxious, or nervous because I knew she was on top of things. Come the day of, I could have cried she was so amazing. Not only did she steam my wedding dress, but she made sure that everything was running smoothly, gave photo suggestions, made sure we were fed and constantly had a drink in our hands, delivered small surprises we had planned throughout the wedding, and so much more!
She handled our rowdy guest so well and made sure that if anything did go wrong, we didn't know about it!
When we said goodbye at the end of the night, I wanted to say "I love you", I cannot recommend her enough. The only thing I would have done differently was hire her to plan my entire wedding!Julia Noelle Weddings's reply:

Julia is a wonderfully patient and thoughtful wedding planner. She was so helpful with making sure that all of the little details were taken care of, even things we hadn’t even thought of. She treated us like long time friends and made sure our wedding day was everything we hoped for. From taking care of a major issue with our venue to making sure the DJ had the right playlist, Julia ensured everything went smoothly and we were able to enjoy our day. Coming from a bride who was nervous about planning an out of town wedding, Julia helped ease my concerns and I knew it would all be taken care of. Julia was the BEST coordinator for our wedding! I am a pretty type A person, so I knew I needed to hire someone who had the same mindset as me to get the job done the way I liked it. Julia took charge of all of the details for me so that I did not have to stress at all. I didn't think twice about everything she planned for me. She is very organized and productive.
She helped create a perfect timeline (and we ended up being ahead of schedule!), designed my memorial table and centerpieces on the tables, and directed our rehearsal for the ceremony the night before the wedding. The absolute best!
I cannot speak more highly of Julia, her hard work, kindness, and talent. Following the COVID-19 pandemic, my husband and I had to completely change our vision for our wedding. After suffering a devastating financial loss, we had a tight budget to work with. I found Julia through social media and I could not have been luckier. Julia took on our wedding knowing our budget mixed with my expensive taste would be a challenge – and she knocked it out of the park.
Throughout the process Julia’s organization was astounding. She created a shared space for all documentation and wedding worksheets, which we utilized as our ‘bible’. This made everything so much easier for us because everything was right at my fingertips and easily accessible. The wedding worksheets Julia created were clear, concise, and in typical Julia fashion, cute! Being a nurse, my schedule can be very hectic but she was always flexible and understanding, while keeping me on track. Thanks to Julia’s time management skills and deadlines, I never felt overwhelmed or anxious about what needed to be done!
Julia knows weddings through and through – even the small things most people forget until wedding day were considered. She effortlessly balances various vendors to make sure that your wedding goes as seamlessly as possible. Julia understands that a wedding is supposed to be about the couple and she takes time to get to know you to ensure that the vision she helps produce, is the one that you and your loved one are dreaming of. She truly cares about your wedding, and always goes above and beyond for her clients. I’ll give you a brief example but if you want to read the whole story, check her blog! Julia saved my wedding with a last-minute decision to go out the night before my wedding to pick up a few more decorations off of Facebook Marketplace because I didn’t have a Mr. & Mrs. sign. I am so thankful she did because the decorations I had planned did not withstand the wind on the day of my wedding. She ended up utilizing almost everything she purchased the night before, which happened to fit the aesthetic of my vision, and she did this all without causing me to worry or get overwhelmed.
If you are considering using a wedding planner, I say do it. If you are considering using Julia as your wedding planner and/or day of coordinator, I say that you would be remiss if you didn’t! Nobody will work harder to produce your dream than Julia! Hiring Julia was the best decision my husband and I made when it came to our wedding. Thanks to Julia, our dream of a backyard wedding with tacos and margaritas came true without a worry in the world. I got lucky when I hired Julia, I got even luckier to now have her as a friend!

Julia helped us plan and coordinate our wedding at the Tybee Island Wedding Chapel on June 2, 2024.
