Alexandra and her team made our day the most perfect day ever! They all thought of things that I didn’t even think of to make everything run so smoothly. It wouldn’t have been possible without her and I’m so grateful to all of them for everything they did!

Alexandra made the entire wedding planning process seamless from start to finish. Although the inevitable periods of stress came up she was so calm throughout the whole thing which gave us ease. She is confident, efficient, and warm. She made our wedding the most special day and I truly believe it wouldn’t have been as amazing without her ❤️

The best decision my fiance and I made when planning our wedding was hiring Alexandra!!!!! Our wedding was last weekend and the entire day went so much better than I could have ever imagined, and we owe so much of it to Alexandra and her team!!! From the very first call I had with Alexandra, I felt us just click and knew she understood my vision. My fiance and I live in Chicago and were having a destination wedding, so after finding our other vendors we considered getting a month-of planner to help with the final few weeks leading up to wedding day. Of all of the choices we made for our wedding, hiring Alexandra was the best one that we made BY FAR!! We came down to Hilton Head in January for our food tasting, which Alexandra was able to join us for and helped by sharing her expertise! We loved getting to meet her in person before our big day and getting a few assignments to work on when we came back home to keep us on track! Leading up to the wedding in the last 1-2 months, I had multiple phone calls with Alexandra to ensure all vendors were coordinated and all details were ready for the big day! The last few days before the wedding Alexandra was there for our final walk-through of our venue and gathered all of our decor items for the big day, which was a massive help! When wedding day finally arrived, Alexandra and her team were fantastic and did everything so that the day from start to finish was as perfect as possible!! They checked in with me throughout the morning and held off the decision to move things inside for our ceremony until the last minute due to thunderstorms (thankfully everything passed and we were able to have a gorgeous ceremony outside!!). Immediately following the ceremony, Alexandra had a cocktail waiting for my husband and me as we finished taking photos! Once at cocktail hour, one of her team members met me with a plate of hors d'oeuvres so that I had plenty to eat before entering the reception. As I walked around the reception I was speechless, seeing how Alexandra and her team were able to bring all of my ideas to life and arrange the space even better than I had imagined! They ensured that we stayed on schedule throughout all of the events of the day and even joined us on the dance floor after all of the formalities!!! Also, I have to give a HUGE SHOUTOUT that Alexandra was able to sign us into our hotel room before we even left the reception and later collected/returned all of our decor items to us that same night to our parent's rental! Our wedding day was an absolute dream come true and it would not have been possible without Alexandra and her team!!

We absolutely loved Alex. She was the best at everything she did. She was very attentive, organized and knows exactly what she’s doing. She made a point every chance she got to make sure I was good, hydrated, and happy. Her assistant Lindsey was also very personable and very helpful even in the stressful moments. I hope this helps future brides in deciding their wedding planner, she will make your dream a reality.

We are so thankful we went with Alex for our wedding coordinator. She took the reins and made sure the entire day went so smoothly. She thought of every little detail and communicated with all of our vendors making my life so much easier. On the day of, she took control and made sure everyone and everything was in the right place at the right time. If you are wondering if a wedding coordinator is worth it, take it from someone who just went though the planning process, it 100% is. I don’t know what I would’ve done without her.
