Silverline was a great service to work with. My wedding coordinator was in touch with them throughout and was very pleased with them. They were so undercharging for the level of the service that they provided. They were prompt to reply and very understanding and pleasant to talk. On the day of the wedding, the vehicles arrived neat and clean and before time!
Overall I had wonderful experience with their service. They were so undercharging, Oh wait! I already said that!!!

I used their antique cadillac on my wedding day. i had to make changes back and forth and they were always pretty flexible and cool about it.
The day of service, the driver was very professional and friendly. The car was nice , clean and seem to be well kept. Overall a pleasant experience.

Used them for the trip back and forth to the wedding, as well as for an airport transfer on our honeymoon. The drivers were on time, although the wedding pickup was a little hectic since the driver stayed in the car at the hotel and the bellman was nowhere to be found. We found each other eventually though.

Service itself could have been adequate, had we been given the service promised. But communication led to a near disaster.

When booking, I was told that I'd have the passenger bus at my disposal for the duration of the time agreed upon (or more, even, to be charged by the hour). This was important, as we wanted to provide a shuttle to the wedding venue, and then multiple runs back to the hotel (one for older guests who want to leave early, one for the last-call partiers, etc.).

However, when the driver arrived with our guests, he informed me that he planned to just sit around and wait until it was time to go (i.e, one trip there, one trip back). Paying $100 per hour for the driver to sit around for 6 out of the 7 hours booked seems a bit absurd, no? Especially since I was told otherwise when booking...

The driver finally agreed to do two runs back to the hotel, although we wanted three. So $700+ for about two hours of work in total. I'd recommend one of the other limo services, since their rates all seem to be the same.

Went with Silverline Sedan and Limo because they had all inclusive pricing, which I thought would be a great idea. I wouldn't have to try and remember to give the drivers tips. BIG MISTAKE! The day of the wedding the limo was late to the pick-up site. When I contacted the driver to ask him why he was late, he rudely told me that he wasn't late. He also told me what else was on his schedule, when I told him it was incorrect he told me that was his instructions and said he was going to follow the instructions given to him by his office. He told me to contact the office. Luckily, the wedding coordinator had this straightened out with a phone call. Earlier in the week she had also sent an email confirming pick-up and drop-off times for our wedding event. Silverline confirmed the day and times, but did not send them to the limo driver.

We also had a shuttle service for the guests staying at the hotel. Our guests did have to ask her to turn on the a/c on an 86 degree day, but other than that the trip to the event site was uneventful. When it was nearing the end of the reception the shuttle driver decided it was time to hurry us up and came into the reception site to let us know we were running late and we needed to hurry up. Now this should not have been an issue as I would be charged for any overages. When the night was finally over and the guests needed a ride back to the hotel, the driver informed one of the guests that she would not be making another trip as instructed because we were running late. Our guest then had to make sure she didn't leave before everyone that needed a ride was on the bus.

The following Monday my coordinator contacted Silverline to let them know what happened, I also followed it up with my own email. He responded that he would check into it and let us know what he found. Since I had not heard back from him on Friday, I sent another email asking if he had looked into it. His explanation was extremely disappointing.
