Kurt was an absolute pleasure to work with! He returned all my calls and answered all my questions quickly and thoroughly. He was willing to explain the packages that worked for my budget rather than being rigid and trying to make a larger sale. Having Silver City Sound & Video was not only cheaper than hiring a single photographer for only a portion of the day, we got two videographers who arrived before everyone at the church, and they stayed until the end of the very last song on the dance floor. Not to mention, having video of my friends and family enjoying the day along with my husband and I is more special to us than having an album of still photographs. Being able to see and hear the toasts and the song that my father played for me for years to come is priceless. Kurt also provided me with a 4 minute "highlight video" that I could post to social media (since I wouldn't have photos to share). Even the highlight video had my husband and I in tears. We watched the full length (2.5 hour) fully edited video with audio from the day and also portions that had personalized music of our choosing over top of the video footage and were stunned. There were moments that the videographers caught that we didn't even realize they were there! It was as if they were invisible. If you are considering having videographers for your wedding or special event, Silver City Sound & Video is unparalleled in terms of customer service, pricing, and quality of their product.
