For a Celiac Bride, you cannot go wrong with Sherry Lynn's!!! They are one of the top Gluten Free Bakeries and Restaurants in the Capital Region, and the only one I'm aware of that is 100% Gluten Free (no cross contamination).
Sherry Lynn and I discussed what I wanted (a cupcake tree with a 10" round cake on top) and after telling her what Shawn and I like in terms of flavor, she suggested a citrus cake with a raspberry creme filling and a buttercream frosting. DELICIOUS (in fact I've been having a slice for breakfast daily with my coffee since the wedding)!!!
I had spray painted a cupcake stand and dropped it off, but she added to my stand by decorating it in my wedding colors. She even suggested that I coordinate with my florist to have extra flowers to put on the cake. It was so gorgeous when it was finished. The guests loved that the cupcakes were self serve and nobody could tell they were Gluten Free. Sherry Lynn is a master baker!
