Sheri G did a fantastic job as our wedding planner, and we cannot recommend her enough! Our wedding day was everything we dreamed of and more because of Sheri's hard work. Sheri worked tirelessly with us on every aspect of our wedding, from big picture things such as choosing the right vendors to the small personalized touches, such as the font and color of our place cards and ceremony program booklet. Her communication is unbelievable - she was so responsive to all of our emails and calls and was sure to always address all of our questions and concerns in her responses. Sheri is also a very kind and patient person who is easy and fun work with. There were many moving parts to our wedding, and Sheri was very organized and made sure our vision was realized in its entirely.

Dye House

If you’re considering Dye House or it’s sister venue, Winslow, just go ahead ahead and book it. The space is beautiful and Michele the Director of Events is lovely and accommodating. Throughout the planning process I didn’t have a wedding planner until the last few months, but she graciously answered questions I had about the space and logistics within record time. The exposed brick and outdoor options of the Dye House make for a unique and intimate setting for your wedding.

Sheri

If I can give you any advice as a bride, hire a wedding coordinator, and make sure it’s Sheri. We hired her as a day of coordinator and she went above and beyond. She worked with several of our vendors before, so everything felt seamless. Even my now husband commented on how she and her assistant Cody were so present. She really was 10 places at once the whole day (17 hours) She arrived at my house at 8am to make sure makeup went smoothly. Ironically it did not in the beginning, but Sheri was calling and dialing away away trying to find a solution. Even just the little things, like getting me iced tea during the wedding when there was none. She is thoughtful and assertive (to vendors and unruly family) where need be. She made sure we were able to enjoy and remember the day and not stress about behind the scene details.

From the very beginning about 16 months out, we booked Sheri for our wedding and throughout the entire process she was informative, knowledgeable, and extremely responsive. As the date grew closer, our communication increased and her responsiveness remained top notch. Everyone kept asking how stressed I was leading up to my wedding and I just kept saying... thanks to Sheri I truly have zero stress. Even wedding weekend and actual day of, I felt such peace knowing that Sheri was making/answering all the calls, organizing everything, finding missing items, adjusting timing of things, dealing with guest issues etc. She basically handed me my dream wedding on a silver platter and allowed me to be as involved as I wanted to be (which was a little more than the average bride probably) and then she handled ALL the rest. I know there is so much I didn't see her doing being the scenes, but everything came together SO perfectly on our wedding day, that I am still pinching myself wondering if I dreamt it all?? Would hire her for another event in a heartbeat and HIGHLY recommend her for your wedding or celebration of any kind. She deserves to be planner of the year, hands down.
