Sandy is amazing.. I can't say enough good things about her. The venue is the first thing i booked. I wanted a venue that served very tasty foods. We loved the location, it is very convenient for all the out of town guests and the ballroom is beautiful. Sandy is very professional, and she responds quickly to any concerns or requests you may have. I usually contact her through email and she will always respond within 24 hours if not sooner, but you can call her anytime. She is so helpful, and is willing to work around you. Our wedding turned out beautifully. She worked with us the whole way through. There are no hidden charges. Sandy is very organized and easy to work with. If you want to have your wedding at Sheraton Cerritos hotel , ask for Sandy!!!!

serene natural environment in the beautiful city of cerritos. Karoline, Kathalyn and the front desk personnel were very helpful. whenever we needed karoline, she was readily available to answer our questions and accommodated what we had to do in a very short time. 3 cheers for them. we look forward to seeing them in future events. Thank you very much.

We had a 50th Anniversary party at the Sheraton. Karoline and her staff were amazing. They were on top of every detail. The venue looked amazing. Everything was planned down to the last detail and the occasion went off without a hitch. Felipe the event manager was very helpful. He made sure the event stayed on schedule and everything flowed smoothly. I would highly recommend this venue and working with the people at the Sheraton. They are amazing!

I can't thank Sheraton and especially Veronica enough, for helping me plan this wedding in 5 weeks. They were so patient with me when I asked tons of questions. The hotel was clean and the staff members were always friendly and courteous. They tried to accommodate all my family friends on the 4th and 5th floor, which made it fun and easier to communicate with others. Thank you!!

First time to plan this kind of event and glad to do it again with the help of Karoline Movagharian, Kathleen Laurin, Brenda Harris & Manuel Alberto who made our high school reunion a successful one. A big shout out to Karoline for being patience with me, quick to respond with all the changes I made and making sure everything we need was met.
Thank you for all your help and definitely will recommend the venue to others. Overall experienced was great and everybody is helpful.

Karoline and her staff were amazing! From beginning to end, Karoline provided excellent customer service and on top of it, provided amazing pricing. The entire event was a hit and people were shocked when they heard the price I paid. If I have another large event, I will most definitely be in touch again to have it at the Sheraton in Cerritos.
