Our wedding was planned on very short notice. We set a date and had 2 months to get everything ready. It was quite tough to find a venue to our liking on such short notice, but Sheraton Cerritos was a wonderful surprise. We could not believe our luck when this venue was available on our desired dates. We had two ceremonies (Mehendi and the Wedding) on April 24th and 25th respectively. The hotel gave us an excellent deal on the venue and allowed us to use the same Crystal Ballroom for the smaller event on 4/24 (100 people), even though it is usually used for events involving more than 150 people. They permit out side vendors for catering, which was something I really wanted.Sent on 06/04/2015
From the start, Veronica Carreon, who was in charge of this event at the hotel, was extremely helpful. I do not live in LA and Veronica helped plan the details of my wedding via facetime. She was extremely thorough and detailed. She was not available during the actual dates of the ceremony (as she was on vacation), and left Barbara in charge and who was just as wonderful to work with. She was also very involved and took personal care to make the event run smoothly and look after my family's requests. The wedding ran beyond the permitted time, but the hotel was very professional in handling this and did not rush us out and instead gave us the extra half hour we needed to concluded our event.
Our guest, many of who flew in from else where, enjoyed their stay in the hotel. The staff through out the event was very hospitable and accommodating. I am extremely delighted with this venue and could not be happier. The Crystal ballroom looked stunning in the pictures of our wedding.

serene natural environment in the beautiful city of cerritos. Karoline, Kathalyn and the front desk personnel were very helpful. whenever we needed karoline, she was readily available to answer our questions and accommodated what we had to do in a very short time. 3 cheers for them. we look forward to seeing them in future events. We held our 20th HS Reunion at the Cerritos Sheraton. Karoline was our awesome corrdinator and made me feel welcomed from the start. She made the scheduling of our event smooth and made me feel special as a customer!Sent on 08/10/2016
