Our planner Michael “Weddings down the Shore” recommended and booked Sheppard buses for our wedding guest transportation! Their school buses were perfect for picking up guests along Beach Ave, transporting guests from the ceremony to the reception, and dropping guests off at the afterparty and hotels! We didn’t have to worry about any guests getting left behind! They continued to make loops as long as we needed and put all our worries at ease! The drivers were all so professional and kept the buses right on schedule. I highly recommend Sheppard buses for your transportation needs.

We had the BEST driver! He was punctual, super friendly and a lot of fun! We used this to transport some of my family to the reception hall and back. The drive is about 45 minutes each way, and on the way there they asked to stop to pick up beer & liquor for the ride - and he did!! We were running late on the way back and he didn't rush us at all. The bus itself (55-pass luxury coach) was clean and spacious, and overall we are thrilled with the service we received!

This Bus company is DANGEROUS and lacks structure they let there drivers BLOW through stop signs DAILY with no accountability, then when I approach the buss driver about there Dangerous driving practices as I'm standing at the buss window buss driver decides to ram into the back of my van with my wife and new born baby in the vehicle! And the next morning she is still driving the bus like it never happened! I will not let my child back onto her buss! So now I must take him to school every Day! If you see this Bus driver beware Do not let your Child on Board!

Sheppard charter bus out of Millville was the transportation for my wedding. Susie was the one I coordinated with for months in advance of the big day. We had a fairly straight forward itinerary. Pick up at two hotels and drop off at venue. The bus driver never went back after the first drop off and my guests were waiting for over 45 minutes in the cold. MY CEREMONY STARTED LATE AND AN HOUR WAS CUT OFF OF MY RECEPTION BECAUSE OF IT. the whole day was perfect and then this happened. I was devastated. I reached out to Sheppard after and no one ever got back to me. The whole company is extremely unprofessional. Do yourself a favor and keep shopping around!

Sheppard Bus was the worst vendor I have ever worked with! I booked them for one school bus to take multiple trips to my wedding venue in Avalon, NJ. They were hard to get in touch with and made me prepay my entire balance. A few days before the wedding I provided an entire pick up and drop off schedule with times and asked for my bus driver's name and contact information. I was given the driver's name but was told I couldn't have her contact information for privacy reasons, but there was an emergency number I could call and someone would be on call all weekend. On the day of, THE DRIVER DIDN'T SHOW UP!!! I found out about this when my guests thought they missed the bus and started walking, cabbing and driving to the venue. I called the emergency number and was greeted by an answering service who said to me "Yea, about 10 of your family members have already called, please stop calling." Luckily my guests found their way to the venue, though some missed cocktail hour. On top of that, the driver didn't show up for the trip back either!
The morning I was leaving for my honeymoon I finally got in contact with the woman who was "on-call" that weekend. She told me she left the driver's phone number at the office, when I asked why she didn't go to the office to get it she said "I live kind of far from the office." When I asked why she wasn't answering the phone at the end of the night when the driver didn't show up for the return trip she said "It was late, I was in bed." Not sure what she thinks the definition of "on-call" is, but it's not leaving work at the office and going to sleep and not answering your phone. I did get a full refund but that doesn't make up for the horrible treatment of their answering service, and the fact that we had NO transportation for our guests at our wedding. Stay far away from this vendor!
