The cake was not only delicious, but gorgeous!

Michelle has been creating my grandchildren's themed birthday cakes for 5 years. Her character creations are spot on and decoration is amazing. My grandchildren, family and friends are WOWED!! I am also very impressed but I and all the other adults are most impressed with the flavor and moistness of her cakes. I have eaten countless professional bakery cakes over the years and I have never tasted any that match the quality of flavor and texture of Michelle's cakes. Michelle is great to work with, very friendly and professional. Her mom is great too!

Our cupcakes and cake were absolutely amazing! Our cutting cake was beautifully designed, and 4 different cupcake flavors were each a hit! Michelle was a pleasure to work with! I met Michelle at a bridal show in Rochester. I had been eating cake samples and was not impressed by any of them when I found Michelle's booth. I tasted her chocolate cake and it was amazing. After that day I reached out to her and did a tasting with her where she invited us into her home and made 4 miniature cakes for me and my husband to try. They all tasted amazing and we booked her for our wedding. As time progressed we decided we wanted a flavor that she currently did not offer that we had tasted at another bakery. We spoke to her about it and she created the flavor for us and it tasted even better than the original. Her prices were very reasonable for the area. Most importantly not only did our cake look amazing, but it tasted fantastic. People could not stop raving about how good our wedding cake tasted and in fact we did not have one piece left over! My only regret is that I did not get to eat more of it!

I was recommended to Michelle by a friend who used her for her wedding cake. I had never tasted such amazing cake as I did the night of her wedding. Michelle did not disappoint with our 3 tier almond cake and cheesecake. I can't wait to taste our top tier that we saved for our anniversary!!

Shell's Sweets provided the wedding cake and a cheese cake for my daughter's wedding in October and both were absolutely delicious! She met with us to do a tasting, and then an additional tasting to help us decide on exactly what she wanted. We were so happy to have some leftovers to enjoy the following day! Highly recommended!

Michelle is absolutely amazing! She is so responsive, her flavors are so tasty and her decorations are beautiful. I planned my wedding from another state and I could never have dreamed of how beautiful everything came out. We did a small cake to cut and cupcakes for our guests as well as cupcakes for our guests to take home all packaged and ready to go. Michelle had everything ready and set up and it was just stunning not to mention completely delicious! We had leftovers and ate cupcakes for several days after our wedding!!! YUM!

Whenever I look at pictures of the wedding cake, I still cannot believe how Michelle basically incarnated my mood board cake into real life. It was PERFECT. Not only was it aesthetically EXACTLY what I was hoping for, but it was absolutely DELICIOUS. I wanted my cake to be unique with fruit and herbal elements. Michelle was a wonderful collaborator and I enjoyed working with her immensely as we discussed options and possibilities. We landed on two flavors (almond cake with fresh blackberry and lavender filling; dark chocolate cake with hazelnut ganache filling) with a naked vanilla buttercream frosting. We ordered just about enough pieces for our guest list, so no "top tier" for us, but my husband and I have literally discussed requesting if she can make two mini versions of these flavors for one of our anniversaries. We couldn't decide which flavor we loved more and debated it thoroughly. We don't live close by, so we took a gamble with not tasting anything (esp because it was our main dessert), but it paid off! Seriously...I'm still amazed at how absolutely scrumptious it was. Thank you Michelle!
