Sheaulee Ng did a phenomenal job as our wedding photographer. I am still amazed at the way her photos captured the excitement and happiness of our big day and her professionalism and personalization during the entire experience. People continue to comment to us about how gorgeous Sheaulee's pictures are of the event and I cannot agree more. My wife and I didn't know much about what to expect or ask of a wedding photographer and Sheaulee lead us through the preparation with ease, starting with our engagement photo shoot which produced such good pictures that we used them in our wedding favors. The engagement shoot was actually a great way to get to know Sheaulee and for her to get a sense of our personality; a sense I think clearly came out in the photos she took at our wedding. Sheaulee was very thorough in preparing for the wedding day; taking detailed notes on the location, timing, types of photos we wanted, and suggesting special scenes we hadn't ever thought of. It was clear that of all the things we had to worry about on our wedding day, Sheaulee was not one of them; she brought her A game. Before the ceremony, Sheaulee was busy taking a number of spectacular wedding prep photos of each of us, and while we opted not to have a "first look" photo before the ceremony as she recommended, she captured so much emotion and love by photographing my wife and my exchange of pre-ceremony notes. I love looking at the picture of my wife as she was getting ready and the excitement on her face; all taken with Sheaulee's bservant and creative eye. Sheaulee also took some amazing pictures of the wedding dress and rings before the ceremony. The eremony photographs are equally gorgeous and we didn't give her a very easy set-up; it was outside with a low sun and dark woods behind, so lots of contrast which Sheaulee was able to bring out very well in the photos. Sheaulee also hit some very high points in her photojournalistic pictures of us after the ceremony in the woods and being silly with each other. Sheaulee also handled one special request very well: we asked for a picture of us being served Miller High Life in special homemade champagne glasses and she did a magnificent job. The pictures are so creative and show off our goofy side and really sum up our wedding to me; I can't put into words how happy I am with those photos. Sheaulee had some samples on her website within days allowing us a great sneak peak at a beautiful wedding summary. We got our final collection of photos on her website within a couple weeks and her touch-ups and preps show considerable creativity and touch. I couldn't have asked for a better wedding photographer. We went in to the process without much attention or care about the quality of our photos and now I can't imagine our wedding without the photos Sheaulee took of and for us; amazing. We sincerely appreciate all the hard work Sheaulee put in before, during, and after the wedding and would recommend Sheaulle Ng to anyone in a heartbeat.

We used Sheaulee Ng for our engagement pictures. She was very professional, but also really helped us relax. My fiance was not too excited about getting pictures taken and Sheaulee had him laughing and really enjoying himself! You can tell that we are having fun in the pictures, which is important!

She knew exactly what she was doing and helped us really get some beautiful shots. She also sent us a cd of our images very quickly afterwards which was great, because we needed them to use on our "Save the Dates".

A photographer friend introduced me to Sheaulee as I had high expectations for our wedding photographer. Not only did she have her own style but also she knows how to work with us and the wedding party to get the shots that she wants done while still getting the detailed shots that you request from her. Her experience showed in the process as she outlined clearly the shots that one typically would want to take in a wedding. On your big day, you want a professional to capture the moments that you will cherish forever and be proud to share with your family and friends. We came across Sheaulee Ng from a recommendation and were looking to do engagement shots. I knew exactly what I wanted - photos in a heavily-trafficed area - in the heart of Vienna, VA on a Saturday (which includes a bike trail and farmers market on a perfect Fall day). My fiance was not looking forward to the session as he is quite shy - but I really wanted the location since I pictured so many shots around that area. Sheaulee was eager to met us super early on Saturday to catch that unique morning light, as well as have less onlookers in such a busy area. Not only did she capture exactly what I envisioned, she also suggested many more shots to help us get even more amazing photos! She did an excellent job in ensuring the most flattering poses - she just has a great eye for that!

Sheaulee's photos are wonderful ~ Her composition and style is timeless yet contemporary - and I know in 20 years, I'll love her photos as much as I do today. The quality of the photos is fantastic - they're so crisp and capture more than I remember being there that day. My wife and I had the chance to work with Sheaulee for wedding this year. With being a photographer myself it always makes me nervous working with new photographers for the first time. We went through her website and started to see a good amount of items that looked like it would fit the style of work we were looking for. With in a very short amount of time we met Sheaulee and went through our need/wants. We were in a small bind when we met her as our previous photographer dropped the ball and we needed to get our engagement photos completed and out in a very short amount of time and at the time I was working out of time which only made this process more difficult. I cant tell you how easy it was to work with Sheaulee and the willingness she had to go out of her way to help us during this time. It made things so easy. She not only made sure we had what we needed, she also made use feel more comfortable during the process. On top of all the help and willingness to help us, her photos were amazing. She truly has a great talent and I would use her again with other projects we may have in the future with our family. I have zero regrets. We found Sheaulee through a google search of Photographers around Leesburg, VA area and stumbled upon her website. We used Sheaulee for our engagement photos and they came out perfect. She was familiar with the venue (Merriweather Manor) in Leesburg and knew the landscaping was perfect for an early sunrise photo shoot. She interviewed us to find out what we liked and suggested themes that we could follow. She was able to capture moments that look perfect in photos. With the sun over the horizon on the hills it was a perfect idea and we were able to get many photos that we used for our website, save the dates and pictures we will be displaying throughout the actual day of the wedding. Sheaulee also took the time to take some photos of our dog, which we brought out that day, her knowing that our dog means a lot to us.
