Once we decided on a design for my wedding dress, Shareen and Eddy worked tirelessly to ensure that everything was "just so". Thanks to her on my wedding day I felt like a trillion bucks and, perhaps more importantly, like myself.

I visited Shareen over the course of a long day seeing wedding dress makers across the city, and it was immediately clear to me that she was the right fit for me and would partner with me to create my perfect wedding dress. She was a total stand-out from everyone else I visited. Shareen and Eddie have a deep knowledge base about vintage styles, a keen eye for what will look best on every kind of body, and such wisdom about the whole wedding process. I trusted her completely and she didn't disappoint, I was just delighted with the dress she created for me. I stumbled into Shareen's salon on a cold day in February of 2019 with my mom, after we had looked, shrugged, and wondered about probably 100 other dresses. As a woman with a large chest and fuller hips, every salon tried to encourage me that 'with alterations' it would be perfect, but it was too many variables to take a chance on.

We just talked, we talked about how I wanted to look, what I wanted to feel like, what my interests are, and she immediately got a few ideas, and told me that my dress didn't exist yet because she was going to make a custom dress for me -- just like that she and her assistant were fluttering around me like Cinderellas birds trying on sleeves and skirts and shapes. I knew she was the one. The next few months we would visit and perfect every detail of the dress. It was one of the most positively intimate shopping experiences I've ever had. Shareen was a crucial presence for my crazy pre wedding brain. Every time I had a fitting i left feeling so at peace. She cares deeply about her brides and the way they will look, and has a connection with her craft that is extrordinary. I cannot believe how amazing I looked and felt on my wedding day. From going with me to the lingerie store to get the proper foundational garments, to making sure the hem was exactly perfect, (and adding a veil at the last minute!) she created the perfect dress for me, and made me feel like timeless goddess.
