HORRIBLE!!! this is by far the worse experience i ever had after a funeral is crazy work... first i want to say zero stars.. lady no matter how u put it or try in make urself look good. god knows the way yall treated our family and for no reason. is diabolical ash n ur karma coming. the way they act and the way that food taste im very convinced this service was out of hatred n not with love.. to stand in line n hear. mama f them we ain't get paid to serve only for the food. let's go before i knock all this sh over. it took jesus n that's big facts.. regardless if u didn't want to do it. why tell them ok. just to be rude...then for u to come on here n lie like u ain't cater us is wild.. now all of a sudden here come so many reviews.. clear this for yall... yall experience wasn't ours.. it was not ur family.. to justify their behavior that's funny. karma knocks.. im livid hurt n can't wait till my family get the video footage... i putting it on all platform... only star to give is upside wheew... unprofessional rude n nasty food... #realreview #weallreal

THIS IS NOT FALSE INFORMATION.
This catering service was absolutely HORRIBLE to me and my family this past weekend. After returning from the burial of my grandfather for the repass, there were 2 people that wanted a drink after standing out in the heat at the burial site. These two people accompanied my grandmother in the limo. The main lady was extremely disrespectful to them telling them the drinks were for the dinner (that's what we returned for). I went to ask for clarification on the drink situation, she then started to speak loudly, and rudely, to me as if I was a child she was trying to reprimand. I signaled to her that I'm just asking for clarification, not trying to be rude, and she responded with, "well that's just how I talk and nobody can have the drinks". This was all in front of my grandmother who'd JUST buried her husband, and her grandchildren that had just buried our grandfather. She continued to be rude to other members as the rest of the family begin to arrive, asking them "why they wanted all that food" telling them "don't touch the plates, we have the gloves", "we don't have to serve your food, we weren't paid to do that. We were paid to bring the food". One was trying to fight one of our family members for asking her why she was being so rude, and she started to kick her shoes off and come around the serving table. They then began to snatch up table cloths, removed the heat from the food, took the ice for drinks, took the serving pitchers for the drinks, snatched table cloths from tables people were going to be eating at, and sat outside of the establishment, a CHURCH until people finished. We had just buried a father, grandfather, husband, uncle... a friend. Only to return to such a disrespectful group as we attempt to gather ourselves after a tremendous loss. All of this was in front of my grandmother. This was such terrible service, again, I do not recommend.

Unfortunately I had to put a star to move forward to this. The customer service and professionalism was absolutely ridiculous. " No you can't have water. I don't want anyone grabbing plates because I have on gloves. Its more people than food." This has to be the worst catering service I've ever dealt with.

horrible customer service. hired them to do food at my dads repast and they were rude to everyone. from telling guests not to touch plates that were right on the edge of the table along with the silverware, to not allowing guests to get water. and when finally a guest tried to get a second plate, literally kicked their shoes off to fight. throwing utensils, and letting everyone at the venue know that they were not getting paid to serve. only to cater the food. they went on to taking the ice, leaving hot water bottles..dumping the cold rolls out the bread box and leaving them on the the table, threatening to dump the food over, taking the heating lanterns, taking the beverage stations, snatching the table cloths off mid meal... and posting up outside the building. very unprofessional service at a repast. we literally just buried my dad 30 minutes before this. i will never recommend this business to anyone. And her response is that is just how she talk.
