Carolyn knows how to make the most amazing cakes! Usually I think wedding cake doesn't taste very good it's more for looks. Not Carolyn's it was pretty and tasted delicious! All my guests loved it! My momma ate the leftover cake for breakfast the next day!!

We loved our cake that Carolyn made for our wedding on Ocean Isle Beach, NC!! It looked just the way I wanted it too and tasted even better and there was definitely barley any left over by the end of the night!

We absolutely loved working with Carolyn at Seaside Bakery! When we visited her for a wedding cake tasting, she was so full of energy and had us try all of the flavors she offered. The cake we wanted was a little extraordinary -- a different color and flavor for each layer. I must say that it turned out beautifully and was so delicious!

My cake was amazing! I attended a cake tasting at the bakery and she is very passionate about cakes! She has so many different options to choose from and can pretty much do whatever you ask of her! She delivered everything early, which made me feel good. The cake and cupcakes were so tasteful and all of my guests loved them!

Carolyn at Seaside Bakery is fabulous! She delivered a 4 tiered cake to my wedding venue and it was amazing! It not only looked amazing but each layer was great. We picked 4 different flavors, caramel, lemon, butter cake and bourbon pecan! She even did a rice crispy treat grooms cake too! So happy we went with Seaside Bakery!

Carolyn was wonderful! We had actually booked another baker in the area who wasn't returning my phone calls so my now husband took the reigns and found Seaside Bakery.

To make sure we all had the same vision, Carolyn used foam rounds of different sizes to create the cake size and height, she then wrapped it with ribbon and went through cake books to see other examples of what we liked. The cake was just what we pictured!

At the last minute our custom cake topper was delivered to Seaside Bakery and Carolyn realized that the base was larger than our top layer, she called immediately with a suggestion of how to proceed.

She made a beautiful cake that tasted better than any other we tasted in the area, and that is after having settled on a different baker first. Anytime I am going to have a special event in the area I am going to have her do that as well.
