Facilities and Capacity
Seaglass Bungalow is situated only moments from State Street, Sterns Wharf, and West Beach. Coined as a Folk Victorian Home, this venue offers character and novelty throughout. It underwent renovation in 2019, where various amenities were updated yet kept in style with the late 1800s, early 1900s neighborhood. The prevailing architectural influences on the block include versions of Colonial Revival to traditional Queen Anne features, with many others between. Seaglass Bungalow itself was built in 1906 and has served many different purposes in its lifetime. These have ranged from residential to commercial capacities, such as a seamstress shop, an architect’s office, and an insurance agency. In 2017, it was bought by the current owners and refurbished to present its heritage boldly and proudly. The interior holds three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and plenty of gathering spots. The porch, living room, dining room, and back deck are prime examples of these locations. Hardwoods are featured throughout, as is air conditioning and multiple ceiling fans. Natural light streams into every room, illuminating wedding occasions beautifully for photos and more.
