Sea Shore Allure is St John's newest entry into the islands wedding and event market providing an exclusive venue for up to 75 guests starting with this 2011 season. . We are a gated and boutique style luxury condominums property located on the waterfront in Turner Bay, a quiet corner in the town of Cruz Bay.

Our unique, flexible options are designed to give wedding couples what they really want - a large, fun exclusive property for their destination wedding with flexibility for all their wedding guests and events!

To have your exclusive Event(s) at Sea Shore Allure we require:

- Early Booking. We only allow events when we have no prior bookings in place for the day of your Event and the day before your Event.

- You book a minimum of 7 bedrooms at Sea Shore Allure for your Event date(s) and the day prior to the Event(s).

o Any minimum configuration is doable:

? two 3BR & one 1BR unit combined

? one 2BR, one 3BR, and two 1BR unit combined

? … And so on. There are many possibilities! We have 8 units & 14 bedrooms on-site. And, there are additional guest options nearby.*

o All wedding guest accommodations at Sea Shore Allure must be for at least a 3-night minimum stay.

? 3-night stays minimum only possible when staying as part of a wedding or Events group. Our standard guest policy is for a 5-night minimum stay.

- Non-refundable Event Fees Apply for each group gathering in these cases:

o For guests staying elsewhere, yet attending your single event here:

? 1-0 additional guests: $500

? 10-19 additional guests: $1000

? 20-40 additional guests: $1500

o Caterers, ministers, musicians, photographers and other vendors & their staff need NOT be listed in the above guest counts.

o An Event must take place in its entirety within a single day/date. Each additional gathering or event is subject to an additional Event fee.

o Note: Guests staying at Sea Shore Allure are not included in the fee count!

- Events Security Deposit: Parties holding events at Sea Shore Allure are subject to a $1,000 Events security deposit (refundable), separate from any unit security deposit. This may be handled via a cleared check on deposit and held for 1 business day after the event before refund is possible.

- To ensure a perfect time for your celebration Events, we do require you that you use an on-island caterer who is insured, and well acquainted with Sea Shore Allure. The caterer is responsible for returning the Event area to its prior pristine condition. We work with the best on-island caterers so it's easy to choose!

*For those event guests requiring budget accommodations, we will gladly recommend a number of moderately priced guest houses and apartments for rent within a 2-5 minute easy walk of Sea Shore Allure.
