Outrigger Villa was born from the ashes of the former St. Thomas archbishop's home. It was like a house of cards in Hurricane Marilyn in 1995. It blew away faster than a leaf in the wind. The 1.05-acre property was snatched up by a visionary builder in 2008, and the magic began. Native trees and flowers popped up like confetti at a New Year's Eve party around the spot where the old house used to be. Today, you can savor the fruits of their labor—literally! Seasonal mangoes from May through August, and all-year-round papayas, bananas, passion fruit, and more. Outrigger is perched 300 feet above town on a ridge. Outrigger Villa was no ordinary construction project—it was a labor of love emerged in all its glory in 2013. We didn't just build a villa; we created an adventure!

Outrigger is a place where your wedding dreams can become a reality, all while enjoying the delightful caress of Caribbean breezes. Unlike your ex's chill, this place knows how to keep its cool. The Space

Welcome to Outrigger Villa, where indoor and outdoor living come together in a delightful dance! We've got a whopping 4,500 square feet of covered decking - that's more space than you'll know what to do with! You'll find orchids sprinkled around like nature's confetti, and palm trees and bamboo that are so thick, they basically moonlight as a privacy hedge.

Our main living area doors? Well, they don't just swing, they sashay open, letting in those fabulous tradewinds. And speaking of sashaying, the bar area? It's got its own moves, opening up to the great outdoors so the conversation never has to hit pause.Now, let's talk highlights because we've got plenty:

• Outrigger boasts a grand total of 6 bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms. Four of those equally sized bedrooms are in the main house, each with its very own ensuite bathroom. By the pool, we've got another bedroom with its own private bathroom. And the last bedroom? Well, it comes with a kitchenette, complete with a full-sized fridge, toaster oven, and a coffee maker. Oh, and did we mention it's got its own bathroom too? Plus, all the bedrooms have their own AC system because we're all about individualized comfort.

The Location

Ah, St. Thomas addresses, where getting there is an adventure in itself! Unlike the straightforward addresses stateside, we like to keep things interesting. So, while the official address is 9 Elizabeth, it won't populate the correct address on your map. Outrigger Villa is located on the lush, secluded north side of St. Thomas, yet is only about 15-20 minutes away from activities. To get a more accurate location of the property, look up Phantasea Tropical Botanical Garden. The villa is only a few minutes down the road.
