They were very helpful. From the beginning of booking until after our reception. They helped us plan everything step by step for photography and videography. The DJ was amazing and the photo booth was so much fun. Would dedinitely think about working with theae guys if ypu are looking for a great time and great photos.

Whatever you do, do not book this vendor. If you look on his Facebook page you will see there’s no review page and there’s a reason for that. He will not give your photos or videos or probably won’t show up for your event.

I hired them in April of 2017 for out service on 10/7/17 to do an all inclusive of 5 services. The only thing we received that was worth anything was the DJ. He was fabulous. The pictures sucked, poor quality and grainy and to this day STILL do not have our videography. The photo booth was a joke! You can't even see the pictures they are so dark. There was no uplighting to be found at my ceremony. He keeps saying there is a check in the mail or I will get my videos are on my "other" computer. Now he latest scam is that he can't find my contract that states we got all of those services! OH... we also paid extra to have a better speaker system at our wedding ($500)… yep that never made it either! HE IS A JOKE! You can actually look up the court documents where he has been taken to small claims court several times!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM ARTIST. Never showes up for my videographer or dj. Wont respond to my messages and phone calls.

Scott is a scam artist. I paid him $1750 and needed to cancel. I gave him a 22 month notice. He told me there was no problem to get me my money back. He sent me an unsigned check, then "sent" me a check but "lost" the tracking number. Then said a money order was in the mail. THEN said he was going to PayPal it to me but needed to resign up for it. Please run far from him and his associated DJ TOMMY Z. You will lose all your money for no services!!!

WARNING DO NOT BOOK. We booked last July after getting engaged back in March for our wedding on 10-13-18. This company has given us nothing but a headache through this whole process and we made the best decision for our day by canecelling with Say I Do. Not only is the professionalism the worst I have ever seen (the comments on the reviews on the knot and I have plenty of emails proving it) but you’ll get canceled on without notice or even contacting you, grainy pictures when made any larger than original file, and will be given every excuse in the book of why you should feel guilty owner moved a meeting again, couldn’t get your engagement picture back after weeks of saying “I’ll have it tomorrow” and the headache goes on. Thankful all we needed up getting was our engagement pictures with this company. They were alright but as said, good luck printing them without looking grainy and took weeks for any touch ups and ALOT of follow ups to get anywhere with them. He did however make time every month to contact you about paying your bill off early to get all your money paid in full. Sounds like a scam to me. Even after sharing we were thinking of canceling, we got a response of “ok let us know” and a week later instead of a follow up, a request to pay off our bill again. There is a reason they took the reviews of their Facebook, the reviews are right. All the good reviews were placed on the same day as a desperate attempt to save business by asking previous couples (most likely friends) to fill out reviews. Even for the price, it you want your day to go smooth, I would not trust this company to handle your wedding. We offered to leave our reviews unshared to get some of our hefty deposit back (weddings are expensive and being out the money sucks) and the owner accused us of bullying him (professional and mature right?). As said, this company is all about getting your money and not the quality of service you deserve. BOOK ELSEWHERE listen to the reviews unlike us!!

DO NOT BOOK!!!! We booked say I do for our wedding video, it is months after our wedding and we still don't have a working video on DVD as we paid for. we have been sent 2 discs but neither work. As previous reviewers mentioned Scott has every excuse known to man on how he is "about to mail it out" or "on his way to the FedEx store in a half hour". If you love your bride don't put her through having to work with Scott and Say I do wedding services. It is no secret why they removed the ability to leave a review on their facebook page. The follow up we had to nag scott with was miserable and we still do not have a working disc! Please do not book him.
