We used Savvi for our tuxs and invitations. We chose them because they had a greater variety of vest colors to choose from when we were trying to match very particular shades of blue and green for our wedding. The invitations turned out great, accept no one caught the faux pas I made of only putting my mother's name on the response card envelopes. We got them very quickly, and we got a great price on them. The tuxs were less of a bargain. We got the groom's for free, but everyone else in the wedding party was paying well over $100, even with the money I won at a bridal show. They need to get a bigger space, at least at South County Mall. They had no chairs to wait in and no real lobby even, and their dressing room curtains didn't really close properly. Their lights were really bright and hot to stand under for very long (which you had to do because there were no chairs or meeting areas). They also turned us away the first time we came to order invitations because we didn't have an appointment, but no where and in no way had they ever said you needed an appointment to come into their store to order something. Then, when we made an appointment and came back, they had it written on the wrong day in their planner and we had to come back the next day. Talk about frustratingly unprofessional. My husband and the guys in our party looked great on the wedding day, and I didn't hear anyone complaining about things not fitting, so thankfully it seems they got those very important details right.

Worked with Savvi at the Galleria. Their showroom is small and lacks seating. They were the only salon in the area that had the color of Tux I wanted (at that time)- True Navy. The groom's was free from my visit to the bridal show and I received a discount that day. I also got another discount for my guys because I happened to walk into the store during a special promotion. However, their tuxes still cost them $160 to rent, but came with shirts, cuff links, etc. I choose not to have ties/vest because I had ordered some elsewhere as gifts for the guys. It was an overall good experience and all my guys looked great for the wedding.

Unprofessional

Man this place sucks. I was a groomsman and I experienced absolutely unprofessionalism throughout my multiple visits - being measured wrong - promised compensation for their mistakes and then Tim the manager reneged his promise because I didn’t personally drive 45 minutes to pick up the suit they mis-measured. Nothing was finished until the day before the wedding. They gave me 2 vests and I’m just glad they remembered my pants. 🙄 o and the condition of the suit was sub-par - yellow tinted fabric in some areas and shoes were damaged at the heals.

Grooms shirt was unpressed, shoes were deformed, and jacket was not pressed. Most of the guys pants felt like they were going to fall off!!

Terrible service. I booked an appointment with them at a Bridal Show. My Fiancee and I showed up at the appointment, she asked us when our Wedding Date was, told them -it was 9 months out- and she said, "Oh that's too early, you don't want to do that yet". We were like...what? She pulled our info sheet from the bridal show, looked at it, and agreed with herself. its too early for that.

We got our $20 deposit back. Agreed with her, left and went to Men's Wearhouse where we put our contract down and had FABULOUS customer service. Don't bother with Savvi, overpriced and not worth the hassle.
