We had so many compliments on the food at our wedding. Ben was great, meeting with us multiple times to get our menu right. We really wanted to highlight the local food, but didn't want to get too crazy for some of our less adventurous eaters. Ben created the perfect menu for our guests (including a vegan option) with the highlight being a prime rib carving station that everyone loved. We are so glad we hired Ben/Sauce and would highly recommend hiring them for your event.

Excellent all the way around! Saw Skeet at our wedding for approximately 130 people. Prior to the wedding we did a trial dinner which was excellent! All of the food was organic, healthy and prepared to perfection. Our guest couldn’t say enough especially about the salmon. Many said it was the best salmon and they had ever had. We served our dinner family style which was a challenge, however a success! Sauce was very professional, on time, and helpful with every detail of our day. I highly recommend them as a caterer for large groups.

Sauce was an absolute pleasure to work with. They are so professional and exoerienced, and as a bride, that makes all the difference when working with vendors! Their food was better than I ever imagined it would be. The smothered fries stole the show!
