I wish there were more than Five Stars to give Chef Greg. He is truly one of a kind. He has catered many different events for us over many years - and each one has been outstanding. The creativity and quality of the food is always top notch - my first memory of Greg is from a neighbor's party - when I was served the passed hors d'ouvre, the risotto topped with shrimp on a Japanese spoon. The whole meal was just as creative and delicious. I knew right then that this was something unusual and remarkable and that I had to find out who the caterer was. Greg is very responsive and attentive and tailors his approach to each unique situation. He handles all the rental details and checks in frequently over the course of planning to make sure we are all on the same page. He is able to adapt gracefully and adeptly to changing conditions and also goes out of his way to accomodate any dietary restrictions. He has the best sense of humor, he keeps things fun, and he and his staff are always literally a joy to work with. As I said, Five Stars is just not enough.

Chef Greg and his team were absolutely amazing as our wedding caterers! Greg collaborated with us to build a menu that was personalized and perfect. He paid special attention to accommodate dietary restrictions so every guest could enjoy their meal worry-free. He was also very mindful of our budget-- we never once felt pressured into add-ons or upgrades. We gave him an idea of what we wanted, and he took care of the rest!

Chef Greg was amazing from start to finish. He was communicative and open to all ideas. He made us feel comfortable every step of the way especially while planning from New York. He hosted us for a tasting the year prior while visiting which blew us away and even dropped us off breakfast before our wedding. He helped us execute the small plates reception of our dreams and even helped with rentals for cutlery, serve wear, etc. Our guests still talk about Chef Greg’s food from our wedding and wish he was closer to hire him themselves. We have nothing but positive things to say about Chef Greg’s talent and service.

Second to actually marrying each other, Chef Greg's food at our Paradise Valley wedding was the highlight of our big day. I never even liked salmon until I had Chef Greg's at our tasting, and now I'm a convert! Oh Chef Greg! How can I put into words my experiences with him??!!! His incredible food and impeccable service have elevated each event I've attended (I've attended several he's catered). The quality of his work is unmatched--you will want seconds and thirds! Without a question, he catered the dinner for my wedding and effortlessly incorporated my food restrictions, AND the guests never knew the entire elegant dinner was gluten-free! His awesome skills and years of experience are evident in everything he does. He does not disappoint. My advice: Hurry and book him now because he is so very busy!!!
