Hey I’m Sarah!
I created this business in 2018 to provide catering services that challenge the way society has taught us to eat. I believe food should be sourced with intention, and I love the process of getting to know the farmers that are growing our ingredients right here in MT. Nutrition, sourcing, flavor and presentation are my main priorities when it comes to food.
When I’m not cooking, you might find me at the yoga studio, playing guitar, reading something non-fiction, hiking or snowboarding.
Favorite meal: Nachos and watermelon
Favorite part about working with us: Traveling and meeting new people. Being able to experience all the highs and lows throughout the season so I can continue to learn and become a good leader for others
What do you do for fun: Tennis, skiing, mario kart with friends and long drives
What I appreciate about Kamryn:
At the end of Kamryn's first year working with us, I asked her if there was anything she would like to change or see differently moving forward in this job. She said "yes. I would like to quit my other job and do this full time!"
I started racking my brain trying to find ways to keep her busy throughout our off season (turns out that was easier than I thought) and soon she became my first full time team member. Kam has been my right hand gal through all the craziness of each year and I quite literally could not have kept up with all of this without her.
Favorite meal: pot stickers roasted over a campfire
Favorite part about working with us: relationships that are built with our regular customers and our team. I also love seeing our regulars at the food truck and around town! I love the everyday challenges that come with this work and enjoy finding creative solutions.
What do you do for fun: Ultimate frisbee! dirt biking, competitive swimming, snowboarding
What I appreciate about Audrey:
Oh where to begin?! Audrey came to work with me at Streatery (our food truck) as a young teenager when I desperately needed some extra hands . . little did she know I was going to keep her on the schedule for years! I've gotten to see Audrey grow up at the food truck and now as an unstoppable force in her 20's, Audrey is the girl to keep things looking top knotch, whether it's at our food truck in Havre, or on the road catering a destination wedding! Audrey is meticulous with details, puts a high priority on beautiful food presentation with everything we make and overall makes a giant effort to make sure each task is executed in the best way that it can be. Audrey is one of those people that when she puts her mind to a task, you know it will be done right! I’m so thrilled to have Audrey on our team!
