Montana's finest 😊

Sarah was a pleasure to work with and did a wonderful job catering our son's wedding! The ceremony was at Triple B Ranch and they were in and out without us busy parents even noticing! Food was there then cleaned up and everything went off without a hitch. Meal was very good and we sure appreciated having the kids table that the almost 50 kids in attendance flocked to. What a great idea! Very thankful we found such a wonderful local caterer. We would definitely recommend her to anyone planning a Montana wedding! Thanks Sarah! 😊

Seamless Catering Experience

Sarah and her team did an exemplary job catering our wedding. From the custom menu featuring smoked trout to the mocktail, so many of the different dishes were so popular with our guests. Presentation was on-point, flavors were stellar, and they were very accommodating of our reception schedule. I wouldn't hesitate to book Sarah and her team again to cater future events. If you have a chance to and can afford it, it is well worth the cost to know food is one less thing you need to worry about.

Small Montana Summer Wedding

Sarah and her team at Farmer Meets Foodie made our wedding unforgettable. From start to finish, she was communicative, organized, and professional. Despite being a destination wedding with no cooking facilities, Sarah set up on-site and served amazing food that our guests are still raving about. The charcuterie, braised pork chops, and huckleberry shortcakes were a hit. We trusted Sarah based on reviews and her clear communication, and she far exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend!

Excellent Corporate Catering

We had Sarah cater two different corporate events. The first was a customized cooking class for a team building event for fourteen of us. It was so much fun, and the food was fantastic...all fresh ingredients. Sarah took the time to survey our team, assign us to cooking stations and expertly and patiently guided us through each step. At the end we enjoyed the wonderful meal and the time together.

The second event was a dinner for our board of directors and management team retreat for about fifty. We chose a barbecue theme, and Sarah was very accommodating with any special requests and substitutions. Again, all fresh ingredients and honestly, I do not think we had any leftovers! The group loved it!

Sarah and her team are professional, friendly, and easy to work with. She takes great care and pride in the food she prepares, and it is very evident in the result...delicious! We look forward to working with Sarah again on future events.

Lovely to work with

Our daughter’s wedding was a year and a half ago and I’m just now getting over my wedding trauma enough to write a review. Event planning is not my thing, but our daughter didn’t want to wait a year and a half to get married so we couldn’t find a wedding coordinator. We did find Farmer Meets Foodie, though, and they did such an excellent job with the food that we heard compliments for weeks after. Great food, professional servers, worked with us on a few tweaks to the menu— it was a great experience, one of several things that fortunately went flawlessly on a very stressful (and happy!) day.

Summer outdoor wedding

Farmer meets Foodie was an absolutely wonderful caterer to work with. The food was fantastic and the staff were very kind and easy to work with. Everyone loved the food! They also did a great job accommodating any allergies we had.

Absolutely amazing!

Farmer Meets Foodie was an amazing addition to our big day! Sarah was so professional, answered every single question and a breeze to work with! The food was so unique and the dessert bar was so wonderful- and we got to customize all of what we wanted to fit our day. The staff that came on our day was sweet and kind and professional too- totally fit our vibe (including throwing axes at our ax throwing area of our reception!) I would 100% recommend working with Farmer Meets Foodie- also getting to support a woman run business meant so much to us!
