  Lovely to work with

  Our daughter’s wedding was a year and a half ago and I’m just now getting over my wedding trauma enough to write a review. Event planning is not my thing, but our daughter didn’t want to wait a year and a half to get married so we couldn’t find a wedding coordinator. We did find Farmer Meets Foodie, though, and they did such an excellent job with the food that we heard compliments for weeks after. Great food, professional servers, worked with us on a few tweaks to the menu— it was a great experience, one of several things that fortunately went flawlessly on a very stressful (and happy!) day.

  Great food and great service

  Sarah was very kind and communicative. Food was delicious and staff was friendly and professional. Would recommended and I would use them again for another event.

  Summer outdoor wedding

  Farmer meets Foodie was an absolutely wonderful caterer to work with. The food was fantastic and the staff were very kind and easy to work with. Everyone loved the food! They also did a great job accommodating any allergies we had.

  Absolutely amazing!

  Farmer Meets Foodie was an amazing addition to our big day! Sarah was so professional, answered every single question and a breeze to work with! The food was so unique and the dessert bar was so wonderful- and we got to customize all of what we wanted to fit our day. The staff that came on our day was sweet and kind and professional too- totally fit our vibe (including throwing axes at our ax throwing area of our reception!) I would 100% recommend working with Farmer Meets Foodie- also getting to support a woman run business meant so much to us!

  Couldn't have been more pleased! Farmer Meets Foodie is Excellent!

  place on a ranch, with no place to cook food, but Sarah and her team had everything necessary to prepare THE best meal for our wedding guests! I was impressed that they even cooked the food on site (very cool)! Sarah is highly professional and was open to incorporating some of my suggestions, giving me creative license for the wedding meal, which I really appreciated about her. Her and her team even prepared such a wonderful meal in the middle of a crazy torrential, hour-long, hail storm (at an outdoor wedding)! They did not let that obstacle stop them in any way, which was really impressive to witness. Our friends and family RAVED about the meal and we can’t recommend Farmer Meets Foodie enough!

  Best meal of my life!!

  Sarah and the whole Farmer Meets Foodie team went above and beyond for our wedding last October. From our first phone call until I went back for seconds (or thirds) during the meal, Farmer Meets Foodie was phenomenal to work with. I am so grateful that one of the best days of my life included one of the best meals I've ever had. Sarah worked hard to ensure we had everything we envisioned and stayed within out budget. She even helped to make my dream of a family style dinner come true, despite that not being a part of the original package. Highly recommend Farmer Meets Foodie!

  Parent of groom

  Sara and her personable crew catered our son and his brides rehearsal dinner and it was nothing short of amazing!! The charcuterie board plus shrimp cocktail was beautiful and was a hit! Our dinner was full of flavor and everyone loved the desert table!! Highly recommend!!!!

  Amazing post wedding day brunch for 50+

  Where to begin!? Sarah and her team were fantastic when we had them cater an onsite ranch brunch for 50+ guests on the ranch where we hosted our wedding. Not only was sarah responsive and professional but she helped with the entire planning process right down to each menu item. We are so thankful that the food was so amazing! We had wild caught salmon, overnight oats and fruit, an egg scramble, shrimp cocktail and so much more!! wOw! Highly recommend Sarah and farmer Meets Foodie foodie for all your catering needs and amazing customized options! She even gifted us a little wedding gift for our kitchen from another team meeting with local business and some flowers in a cute mill pail!

  Delicious Authentic Montana

  Everyone raved about the wild-caught trout. I chose buffet style serving d/t budgetary constraints and I was pleased. I didn’t ask about the items being “named” on the table. So I was taken back that you couldn’t tell what the dishes were as a guest. I knew all what was being served as I have done nothing but tend to every detail lol. Nevertheless, everyone enjoyed all the food. I never got a chance to try the charcuterie boards for cocktail hour but I imagine they were a hit! Trendy as they are right now.
