We had such an amazing experience with Madison! She jumped right in and made sure our day went off without a hitch and ended with us getting hitched! Her attention to detail and our wants and needs took the weight off of our shoulders and she made sure we were relaxed and able to enjoy our day to its fullest! I couldn’t have asked for a better coordinator for the best day!

Sarah Madison Weddings - Madison was our daughter’s wedding coordinator at her wedding this past weekend. To ANYONE out there looking for a coordinator, Madison should be your choice! As the Mother of the Bride I can tell you that she handled literally everything that needed to be dealt with so beautifully! She met with us many times to go over deadlines and timelines and was such a wealth of knowledge! If she didn’t have someone right at her finger tips to suggest for something, she investigated what we were looking for and found exactly what we needed!! As we got closer to wedding day she was so prepared for all possibilities! She was there for rehearsal and all day for wedding day and she made sure I had no jobs on my daughter’s special day and that allowed me and my husband to just enjoy the day and night!! Things happen and can go awry at a wedding and I can honestly say that if anything went wrong we had no idea of it! She literally handled EVERYTHING! Please don’t sleep on hiring Madison at Sarah Madison Weddings - she is phenomenal!! And by the way, she has such a calming demeanor and always with a smile on her face and made my daughter, son-in-law, husband, and me literally enjoy the wedding completely!! Hire her! You will not be disappointed! 11/10 recommend!! Would give her more stars but 5 is the limit!! ❣️❣️

From the start, Madison was an absolute pleasure, and we could tell she was going to be the perfect fit for our wedding. She was very well organized, reasonably priced, and on top of everything from the little details to the larger coordination of vendors. While planning the ceremony, our officiant said he has never had a coordinator reach out to him prior to the wedding, a testament to how great Madison is! You can tell she deeply cares for what she does and goes above and beyond for her couples. Madison handled everything with genuine care and respect, and it was apparent how hard she was working to make our day so special. If we could go back and do it all over again, it would be just to have more time with this great human! Trust us and all the reviews, Madison will not lead you astray in your wedding planning.

I truly cannot say enough amazing things about Madison. What began as a simple requirement from my venue turned into one of the biggest blessings of my entire wedding. I originally thought I could handle all of the wedding planning on my own, but from the moment I connected with Madison, I realized I didn’t have to and she was such a blessing.

Madison was calm, organized, and deeply caring, which was exactly what I needed during some of the more chaotic moments leading up to and on my wedding day. She kept me grounded when everything felt like it was unraveling and stepped in more than once to save the day with grace and ease. As other reviews have said, she caught minor details that I had missed/not accounted for and she fixed it without me even knowing!! There were things she did that I didn’t even know until after the wedding and she was just so helpful and professional.

I’m incredibly grateful for her and will always remember how much she saved one of the most important days of my life. Where to even begin with Sarah Madison Weddings?? This woman is truly an angel walking this earth. She was the most helpful, organized, efficient, and all around incredible person we worked with on and before our wedding day. There were somedays prior to the wedding, where she was the only person to keep this stressed out bride sane! Every family member on our wedding day and many of our vendors came to us to speak so highly on her kindness, work-ethic, and professionalism. We absolutely could not have chosen someone better for our day! Even down to the last minute details that we overlooked, she had it covered without even a second thought. Our wedding day was absolutely stunning, and this is in huge part due to Madison's decor skills! We cannot recommend her enough and hope every person on their wedding day gets to work with this incredible human!
