Firstly, she was always responsive and open to discussion and was willing to chat on the phone whenever I had any questions or concerns. I also appreciated her professional opinion and suggestions which always kept my wishes and budget in mind. Whenever there was a change to design there was a proof and a chance to talk, which made me feel part of the entire process. Working with her was very straight-forward and easy to manage even with a jam-packed college schedule. The invitations came in a timely manner, and I know this isn’t a deal-breaker for everyone, and packaged in the cutest way! It was a much-needed bonus joy and reminder of my wedding vision unwrapping my invitations! Santina also gave me helpful tips during the stuffing and shipping process (e.g.: recommended postage cost, an assembled invitation as a reference, and other options besides licking the envelopes shut). In light of the recent changes and uncertainty due to COVID-19, Santina immediately asked me if anything needed to be added or changed without me even asking. It’s just so appreciated that this one aspect of my wedding planning not only was stress-free but a joy as well!

We used Santina Amendola Design for our wedding invites and wedding programs. She was absolutely amazing with everything. Santina was quick to respond to emails, offered great advice and suggestions, and knew exactly what I wanted. She is well worth it because I had ZERO stress or worry with the invites or programs. She did all the work for us! The invitations and programs were perfect and beautiful. Some of our friends told us they were the prettiest invites they have ever received. Finally, we do not live in the area but Santina made that easy with mailing our invites and then meeting us at a middle location for the programs a few days before the wedding. I highly recommend Santina Amendola for all of your invitation or stationary needs! I was recommended by a friend and at the end of the experience, I now consider Santina a friend as well. Unlike many of the Etsy stores that we see advertised, Santina made it a very personalized experience. She took the popular dusty blue Firenze wedding invitation that I fell in love with and added the personal touch of creating the invitation, inserts, and envelopes in an aqua blue geared toward my wedding theme. She worked with my budget and created the perfect package to meet the needs of a smaller wedding.  So much time was saved with Santina’s addition of printing out the addresses on the return envelopes, which was the biggest help ever. Santina kept me in the loop the entire time where communicating any changes, viewing proofs, or paying an invoice could be done with absolute ease.  If you view her portfolio, you will be amazed at how talented of a graphic designer this woman is! Not only does she offer a multitude of various designs that are simply gorgeous, but also plenty of additions that can take an invitation to the next level, such as overlays, matching ribbon, wax seals, and more. You even have the option of beautiful calligraphy or a printed font depending on your personal preference.

However, what stood out to me the most about her was how helpful she was when my wedding had to be rescheduled due to COVID 19. I had just received the invitations and was about to mail them out when the shutdown began. Not only did she personally reach out to me during that difficult time but she is also reprinting the invitations with the updated information at a very reasonable price given my circumstances. She took so much pressure off my shoulders with the level of support I felt from her. I cannot think of many independent small businesses who pour such energy into this level of amazing customer service. She is truly a very artistic person and if you are looking for truly memorable invitations, Santina Amendola Design is the business for you!!!
