We had a block of reserved rooms for our wedding guests and had a room for ourselves at the Santa Clara Marriott for our wedding. Their hotel was very close to my wedding venue and they had plenty of room to accommodate all our out of town guests. All of their staff was very friendly and professional. They provided a great rate for us and our guests on our wedding weekend. I booked one of the reserve rooms for myself and my husband for our wedding night and because we had a lot of our guests book with them, they upgraded our room to a suite for no additional charge! The hotel was very nice and all of our wedding guests had a wonderful stay there. During the confusion of check-out the day after the wedding I misplaced some personal items, and accidentally left them at the hotel. When I realized this several days later, I contacted the hotel to see if they had found my items. They found them for us and sent them to our home free of charge. Their hotel was a great place for us and our guests to stay and also would have been a beautiful venue for a wedding.

This is our fifth family wedding at the Marriotte Hotel, each time they have provided us with excellent service and staff that was very courteous to our guests. The corporate staff as well as our events manager were wonderful in taking care of our special cultural needs. I would highly reccommend the Marriotte Hotel, to anyone who wants thier wedding reception to be a special one.

The Marriot Santa Clara was fabulous! The Quality, Services, Food, were superb. Very responsable and professional with there work! I would definitely recommend the Santa Clara Marriott1 If I had to do it all over again I would go back to them! There the best!!! So I recommend anybody to try them out you will be pleased.

Xenia was great to work with. We loved the banquet room that we rented, as it had an attached outdoor terrace, which was awesome for our spring wedding. The day of, Xenia over saw the preparation of the room and set it up exactly as we had discussed. It was extremely relieving to have one less thing to worry/stress about the day of. We were greatly impressed at how our reception turned out as well as our guests. Book the Marriott for your wedding or big event, you will not be disappointed!

We loved it! The venue was beautiful, the food was elegant and everyone was helpful and professional! I said I liked the christmas trees in the hallway and the Marriott moved them into the reception room! It was a wonderful wedding, very memorable. Thank you MARRIOTT!

Overall, my husband and I were really happy with how things have turned out. The venue was beautiful and the location was very convenient. We got one of their's most expensive packages and it was worth every penny. The food was really good - I was impressed because hotel food sometimes is not the best food. The portions were generous and the presentation was great.

The drawbacks - This is a big hotel and the feeling that I got was that weddings are sometimes not their top priorities. This becomes evident only after the contract is signed. If booking a wedding at this location, make sure that there are no other big events happening on the same night or weekend. We had a huge convention going on the same weekend as our wedding and I had a really hard time getting hold of the coordinator. She had her hands full with the other event and dropped the ball on a few things for our wedding.

Even though everything turned out great and our guests were very happy, I am not sure if I would use them again if I had to do my wedding all over again just because of the quality of service service that I received during the planning stages of the wedding and the lack of attention to the detail on the actual wedding day.
