We are over the moon about our photos and our wedding video. Beth and Justin are fun to work with and captured our special day beautifully. They are truly talented and so very patient especially with a larger wedding party.

We hired Justin as our videographer for our wedding in May of this year. According to our contract, we were supposed to receive all of our videos within 15 weeks of the wedding date. Also in our contract he gave us a promotional price which was fifteen hundred dollars off. Toward the end of July, I sent a text asking for an update but never received a response. I waited until the 15-week mark before reaching out again in early September. After another text went unanswered, I called him directly. During that call, he told me the videos would be ready in two to three weeks and, since it had taken longer than expected, he would include all of the raw footage from our day for free which he stated was an extra fifteen hundred dollars off.
Two weeks later, I texted for an update but got no reply. After three weeks, I followed up again, and he told me the videos would be ready the next morning. The following day, he sent our highlight video, ceremony video, and private vows. When I asked about the raw footage, he said he was traveling but would send it by the end of the week. Nearly two weeks passed with no update, and after four more messages, he finally sent the raw footage.

All in all, Justin did a wonderful job capturing our wedding day, but the communication afterward was extremely frustrating. The delivery timeline kept getting pushed back, and promises about completion dates were repeatedly missed
