From the first email correspondence, Sam was so sweet and very prompt, and that level of service continued all the way to the wedding day. At the trial I had some concerns about facial and chest flushing due to nerves on the day of the wedding and Sam was quick to provide solutions that we tested and perfected by the wedding day. When I tell you - my makeup was FLAW-LESS. I was positively glowing all day and better yet, it stayed put all day and night, even despite the weather (August humidity), and me tearing up the dance floor all night! Sam did the makeup for my bridal party, mom, and MIL as well and everyone looked incredible! Kerry did my hair and she did an amazing job considering I wanted to change quite a bit from the trial! After she finished, I wanted a few more tweaks and she had no problem making those changes quickly until I was fully satisfied. Similar to the makeup, my and my bridal party’s hair stayed put all night and looked amazing! The ladies are a true dream team and are so fun to work with. The day of the wedding their vibes were lighthearted and fun, and they were so efficient, finishing way before the time listed on their schedule. I cannot recommend Sam Rose Beauty enough for your wedding day - book them if you want to look like your most gorgeous self!

I didn’t come in with a super specific vision, just a few ideas of what I liked—and somehow, Sam took that and made me look more beautiful than I’ve ever felt in my life. She absolutely nailed it. All of my bridesmaids were raving about her too—everyone looked stunning and felt confident, and that’s all thanks to her talent and eye for detail.

Sam was the best makeup artist you could ask for. Everyone was so happy with their makeup. She showed up and just was so go with the flow. She let us add people last minute. I felt like a perfect bride because of her.

Sam is absolutely amazing; I truly can’t say enough about her! I first found Sam when she did my makeup for my best friends wedding a few years ago; I loved how it turned out so much that when my now husband and I got engaged, she was my first contact. I knew I couldn’t have anyone else do my makeup. She is so easy to work with and has such a great personality…not to mention she is a true artist! Sam listens to what you want and does it SO perfectly! We had to change our wedding date 3 times due to COVID and Sam was always so responsive and flexible in working with us to pick a new date. She ended up doing my makeup for our engagement shoot, my bridal shower, our mini ceremony (during COVID) and our big ceremony and I just loved my makeup more and more each time. She is truly the best and I am so glad she was with me for all of my big days!!

Let me start by saying that I am extremely picky about my make-up. So picky, in fact, that the few times I’ve gotten my make-up professionally done, I’ve basically taken it all off and re-did it myself. I’m SO glad I decided to reach out to Sam for my wedding. She came to my house for my trial, which was so convenient. I showed her a few pictures of what I wanted (lashes, winged liner, contour, highlight, etc.) and I feel like she was the first make-up artist who actually listened to me to gave me exactly what I wanted. I was so happy with the result and knew that I could trust her to do my make-up for my wedding day. While I love make-up and wanted to be totally glammed out for my big day, she was also able to deliver for my bridesmaids, who are comfortable with a more natural look. Everyone looked gorgeous. I'm from out of town attending my brothers wedding. I really needed someone who could come to my hotel and do my hair and makeup. Sam was very quick in responding to my emails. Sam did an amazing job on my makeup. Ive never worn lashes before and was so happy in how just a little application could make my eyes pop! I wish I could take her back home with me! Very friendly, very professional!! Highly recommend!!
