Premarital therapy holds a special place in my heart. I often work with couples who bring in problems that I know could have been addressed sooner and could have helped avoid so much heartache!

Working with you over 3-10 sessions, we can address areas of common conflict (as well as any specific issues to you as a couple) preemptively in order to support your marriage with the best start possible! Some areas we might discuss are family planning, finances, conflict/repair styles, your love legend, and your shared vision for your future together.

At the end of our sessions, I will give you the option to complete a narrative therapy assignment to support you in your vows writing process where you can integrate our conversations to send a romantic and meaningful message to your partner about the hopes and dreams you have for your relationship throughout your lifetime! You can feel free to use this message as your actual vows (many couples do) or you can choose to let it be a special shared declaration of your love and testament of your commitment to each other!
