The venue offers various locations for your wedding ceremony for various sizes of wedding parties. There are so many perfect places to take your photos. It is ranch style and there are even horses! The Arizona landscape is manicured and ready for photos. As well as, grassy areas, a gazebo, and tons of photo opt locations.

We did not use the reception area as our ceremony was an intimate elopement. But, there was ample seating area and a serving kitchen available for larger wedding parties.

The bridal suite is perfect! Spacious and logically decorated and positioned. Some important features for a bride: large bathroom - with separate toilet area, spacious shower, lots of GIANT mirrors with counter space, areas to rest and talk, coffee and drink services, a mini fridge, and microwave. Further, if you need a nap in the preparing process there is a comfy queen size bed available.

There is also walking trails and a separate groom preparation location.

This is a large property but they have logically positioned trails which allow them to transport the bride to the ceremony location in a golf cart.

The location itself is quiet and intimate. You will feel rested and welcomed.

Sage Creek Ranch is the one of the most magical wedding venues in Tucson. I remember the first time my husband and I toured the venue...our breath was literally taken away by how beautiful the venue is. The venue has a special way of looking differently at different times of the day, especially at nighttime when all of the string lights are turned on. The venue owner, Kim, is also one of the sweetest and kindest human being that we have encountered in our wedding venue search and was so amazing at working with us to make sure we had the wedding of our dreams. She was incredible flexible with us and generously allowed our various vendors to tour the venue, allowed us to practice our first dance at the venue prior to the wedding, and just did everything to make sure we would have a great time at her venue. Her day-of-coordinator, Sarah, was equally as amazing as well and made sure to help out and check in on us throughout the wedding to make sure we had everything we needed. We honestly cannot thank them enough for letting us host our wedding here and would highly recommend having your wedding here if you want a beautiful wedding venue along with a great team to work with you every step of the way. Wow! We had our wedding yesterday and let me tell you this venue went above and beyond what we could have ever expected! I asked for barn doors for a grand entrance and they delivered. I asked to be surround by love and peace and they provided. I asked for a beautiful wedding day and this venue delivered. The venue has so much space, so many photo opportunities, so much natural beauty, a gorgeous bridal suite, a grooms room, on site delicious catering, a fire pit, yard games, a gazebo with a pond and so so so much more. Our guests repeatedly told us throughout the evening how beautiful the venue was and they have never seen such a beautiful venue.
We rented the bridal Casita the evening before in addition to staying the night before and it was completely worth it. Take the extra night and enjoy your venue take it all in and be completely immersed in the beauty of your forever. But!
Not only is this venue drop dead gorgeous but the family that owns it is absolutely out of this world! These people are kind hearted genuine people and I appreciate them and their WHOLE team for that! I feel so blessed that they were a part of our day!

I can’t even explain how amazing everyone at Sage creek Ranch was on our wedding day and the days leading to it! Sarah and Rana made us truly feel like family with their kind and caring nature during wedding planning, preparation, and during the wedding itself! I was so pleasantly surprised at how cared for I felt by everyone, even with the little things! I wouldn’t have changed any of it! Not to mention being able to stay in their beautiful bridal sweet the night before with my girls and the night of with my new hubby took off so much stress and just made things that much easier and special on our special day! I would recommended this venue and these wonderful ladies to everyone! Best experience ever!

Such a wonderful family run venue that goes above and beyond to make your special day everything you want it to be. A perfect Arizona wedding venue. Food was also excellent! Couldn’t ask for a better experience.

We had an amazing experience with Rana, Sarah and the rest of the crew at Sage Creek Ranch. The tour of the property, customization for our small gathering, gorgeous ranch, amazing food and seamless flow of the evening all ensured we’ll be raving about Sage Creek Ranch for a long time. We booked for a weekday and weren’t sure if catering would be available. Thankfully it was! The carne and pollo asada were freshly grilled right at the venue and tasted amazing, as did all the sides. Fantastic experience, wonderful venue, great food. Highly recommend!

SCR is so easy and wonderful to work with! They made our day so stress free my husband and I both had hours of free time to relax and enjoy our day! They are so easy and happy to coordinate with! 💗 We will be back for all large event plans in the future!

Sage Creek Ranch was so wonderful! Their coordinator very nice and responsive to all my questions..and there was a lot, lol. She would answer immediately and would explain if something wouldn’t work, but has suggestions. The venue was so gorgeous I didn’t even have to worry about decorating one bit! The venue had so much space which was nice for guests to be able to move around and not feel crowded. Absolutely gorgeous, cannot speak about it enough! And the staff was just so sweet and helpful for everything! During the reception, the coordinator would ask me questions and give me suggestions if things didn’t go to plan and I just did not worry one bit! Loved the venue and staff :)
