We had our wedding at Corona Ranch Tucson, and it was truly the most incredible experience ever!! Sam, along with the rest of the team were absolutely amazing; from the moment we toured Corona Ranch we were warmly welcomed and able to talk through all the different options available to us for a wedding. My husband and I planned this wedding in only 3.5 months, with multiple last minute changes and decisions, and Corona Ranch handled all with the utmost understanding and flexibility.

The multiple times I frantically met with, called, or emailed Sam in my state of wedding panic, I was received with a calming and encouraging demeanor, zero judgment for my unorganized and chaotic way of going about planning, and was able to talk through everything I was overwhelmed with. Sam gave us invaluable advice every step of the way, gave us the contact information of countless different vendors, and all in all was the most wonderful resource for us.

When you are planning a wedding, everyone always tells you to “be prepared for something to go wrong the day of”. I was fully at peace with “something going wrong”, and the whole day of the wedding, just kept waiting to see if something was going to go wrong….thanks to the Corona Ranch team and their expert management and planning, “something going wrong” was never even a possibility! Tyler and I truly had the most perfect day ever, and we cannot stop talking about each and every aspect of our wonderful experience with Corona Ranch Tucson!

I was married here this past week and Samantha and her team helped to make this a memorable and smooth evening.

I am a person who likes to plan out everything in advance so that when things happen, I already have a plan in place to be able to fix it, or to have someone else be able to fix it (in this case, I had everything set up to where I would be bothered as little as possible). Samantha was allowing me to meet up with her almost monthly to complete payments and to go over different details as they arose. She was extremely helpful when it came to planning and was amazing at responding to all emails (which I definitely did not get from numerous other vendors). Then throughout the day, she was extremely helpful in keeping they plan we created in motion.

The price here is great! If you so chose, this event space allows you to maintain a budget in a medium to lower budget. You have options to have everything included as you prefer (they have different caterers and DJs they contract with) or you can only use the space if you so wish to do. They keep the bar as an open bar (meaning you give them the alcohol and they serve it) and they provide basically all of the non-alcoholic stuff. Samantha even brought in a local prickly pear syrup for prickly pear margaritas that was delicious. There were also different things you could add if you wanted them (upgrades for chairs, an extra getting ready room, a fire pit, etc.) We were allowed to bring in whatever decorations that we wanted, so an individual could lean into the rustic, Southwest theme they already had, or to spin what is there to match just a rustic theme (I personally leaned more towards the mountain/forest theme rather than the Southwest theme). There was a possibility that it would rain on the wedding day in which Samantha spoke with us about the day before. Together we made sure there was a plan in place in case it rained (it didn't so we were able to get married on the lawn). Everything that evening went really smoothly.

If I have any tips for future weddings - bring bug spray. Events are mostly outside, at the base of a mountain... you want the bug spray.

This event space very much matched everything that I would look for in planning a wedding. It gave me the freedom to do as I wanted creatively, but also assisted in providing structure to maintain the plan I had in place, or fill in some gaps that I was missing. I strongly recommend using the Corona Ranch as an event space and I hope that many groups will have wonderful parties here in the future.

Corona Ranch is unique and charming - a perfect off-the-beaten-path spot to have your wedding! We loved the rustic and historic Tucson feel as well as the many terrific photo opportunities all over the property. The team was absolutely wonderful to work with and gave us personalized service throughout the entire process. Sam and her team are very knowledgeable and share a wealth of thoughtful and legitimate advice on every topic. We walked away feeling we had gained a few new family members!

This serene venue nestled into the lovely desert landscape at the base of the Sabino Canyon foothills makes for a beautiful backdrop to an unforgettable wedding. Samantha, the manager, and her incredible crew make Corona Ranch Tucson an easy and flexible event space to fill with a uniquely personal energy while also providing a ton of support and direction wherever appropriate and as will be outlined and discussed during initial meetings.

Communication from her was always clear and questions from us were always welcome. Everything that we needed to know was told to us in a timely manner and the venue itself really has everything you need. There is a perfect little dance floor set aside in the corner of the main space where a DJ can run the music and make announcements, plenty of room for tables and a food spread including appetizers and desserts, a full bar that can be self-stocked or venue-supplied, and a large and incredible patio complete with an optionally ignited fire pit and the site of a bona fide historic ruin perfect for photo ops. We used an outside vendor for our food (the selection provided by the venue itself is wonderful but we made a previous commitment) and that vendor said this was one of the best experiences they've ever had working with a venue both in terms of the physical logistics and their professional competence. The team at Corona Ranch Tucson worked hard to make our special day a huge success and ensured that all of our guests enjoyed themselves thoroughly throughout the afternoon and into the evening.

The whole place is magical and a real hidden gem; it is truly enchanting during a classic Tucson sunset, something we had the distinct fortune to see featured at our own wedding. Corona Ranch Tucson is a marvelous venue that provides impeccable service and delightful charm!

Samantha and her team at Corona Ranch are absolutely unmatched in the wedding venue game. From the day we scheduled a tour to the BIG day, Samantha was on top of everything. She answered all our questions, was consistently in contact with us, and went above and beyond to help us find a DJ when there was a scheduling conflict with ours. I cannot say enough good things about Corona Ranch. The venue is wildly affordable and absolutely stunning. Samantha makes everything run so smoothly, even small things like ensuring my husband and I had water on our sweetheart table all night. THANK YOU, Samantha, I’d give unlimited stars if I could!

The venue is lovely, especially for folks who love the mountains, a true Sonoran Desert experience. But for us Samm was the selling point. She told us day one that she would be there as much or as little as we needed, and stayed true to that! I have the email chain to prove it. She knows what she is doing, and hires staff who do as well! We highly recommend Corona Ranch of Tucson!
