Love love my hair stylist Lamia @ Safar Boston, she's amazing she made my wedding day hair style a dream come true, my hair looked amazing and stunning, she even did my husband and we were a couple of the night, everyone was asking us where we had it done. I would never go anywhere else and no one else will touch my hair but Lamia.

Safar is an incredible salon. From the moment you walk in, to the moment you leave, it is top notch service. The hustle and bustle is fantastic, the people are very accommodating and they even have an espresso bar :)

However, for me, the reason why my rating Is 5 stars if 110% because of my stylist, Omid Maxey. He is an true artist when it comes to styling hair but even more importantly, he has a heart of gold. I was in a pinch about 2 weeks before my wedding in December '13 when my hair dresser of 10+ years could no longer style my hair. Omid came highly recommended and honestly, it was one of those tough situation that turned into an absolute blessing. He did a BEAUTIFUL job with all of our hair (3 bridesmaids, both mothers and myself). We had so much fun getting ready and it was incredibly relaxed. I took outdoor, snowy pictures - he bravely ran around with my husband and I in the snow! He then fixed my hair up and stayed with me until seconds before I walked down the aisle.

I will also say that Omid has become a friend and has surpassed his role as a hair dresser when he has graciously helped a close friend in need. I do not have enough good things to say about Omid!

I really liked this salon because of the proximity of my venue. My hair stylist, Alicia, did an amazing! My hair look so good! She was patient with me. I also would like to mention that the value for the cost ($95 for the bride and $65 for bridesmaids) is well worth it considering that it is located on Newbury Street in Boston
