We recently celebrated my daughter's wedding at Rustic Timbers in Viola, KS, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. From start to finish, the team went above and beyond to ensure their day was perfect. They took care of so much on the day of the event, alleviating any stress we might have had. They even took care of cutting up our fruit for us and setting up our popcorn bar and fruit table!!

The venue had so many options to choose from so it made it so much easier on us. We got the DJ through them and she kept the dance floor lively all night long, a Photo Booth which was a huge hit with our guests, creating wonderful memories and keepsakes. And we also got a cloud machine and bubble machine. Having these options was so amazing! They also provided the linens, had them steamed and on the tables for us and they have so many decorations to use that we didn't need to buy very much at all!

One of the highlights was the cake and cupcakes, which were not only beautiful but absolutely delicious! Our guests couldn't stop raving about them! We will be using her for all our cakes from here on out!!

Overall, Rustic Timbers exceeded our expectations in every way. Their dedication to making the day special was evident in every aspect, and we are so grateful for their outstanding service. If you are looking for a venue that will take care of everything and more, Rustic Timbers is the place to go! Thank you for making their wedding day unforgettable!

Cannot say enough good things about the owners of Rustic Timbers. Our daughter's wedding was postponed by the virus, but they bent over backwards to help us reschedule. They provided so much help on the day of - coordinating with the vendors, helping with the decorating, keeping the schedule flowing. The outdoor pavilion is beautifully rustic, and the reception barn was decorated so nice we barely had to do anything. They helped shuttle elderly guests to the ceremony and then back to the reception barn which made it so easy for everyone, and at the end of the night they were right there helping to clean up. Just the nicest people we've ever dealt with.

Kim and Bob were there every step of the way and went above and beyond to make sure the day went perfectly. I would recommend their venue to anyone!

Rustic Timbers is an excellent venue and the owners, Kim and Bob, are the best to work with! We got married there on 5/18/18. The venue is unique, gorgeous, and well kept and Kim and Bob do the majority of the set up for you! Definitely consider the amount of work, time and money you will save when you book here. The owners go out of their way to make your day as stress free as possible! We highly recommend this venue and would book here again if we got to do it all over again!

Having our wedding here was absolutely amazing. They are so flexible and easy to contact/work with. They are also so helpful with those who are not sure about the wedding process. The grounds are beautiful and allow for different ceremonies and picture opportunities. Our friends will be getting married here next year and we will highly recommend them to anyone who wants a beautiful and quiet wedding.

Bob and Kim are there for you every step of the way. The venue is beautiful as is. Very minimal personal decoration was needed. Parking is convenient and the price is a steal!! Perfect outdoor/indoor country venue

Although rustic is in the name, being out in the gorgeous area that is the altar, you have a wonderful variety of decor you can do! I had a Celtic inspired wedding here and it was beautiful! Truly memorable. Thank you so much to Kim and Bob for their wonderful venue!
