Geena is so great, and this venue is beautiful. We really enjoyed working with Geena. We were nervous about having an outdoor wedding, and we felt so much better when she said that on the day, we could move the ceremony inside if the weather wasn't good. The house on the venue is beautiful and practical for getting ready and having a fun time with bridesmaids/groomsmen. It is worth the money for sure

Nothing I would change!
We loved getting married at KS Beach! We had our wedding 8-27, we booked Friday-Sunday. We got there Thursday morning and talked with Gina. She gave great suggestions and knowledge. We got to work and had everything set up by mid-afternoon. We rehearsed the ceremony by walking out of the farmhouse's north double doors. Bridesmaids stayed in the house. We had our makeup/hair come to the house and we got ready on the back screened-in porch. The lighting in there was amazing! It had A/C and so much room. We did have a rain shower come in before the wedding, so our plan of an outdoor wedding had to be switched. At this point, Gina was back and when we made the decision to have the ceremony inside (gorgeous inside as well) she was very good at directing where reception tables should go and where ceremony chairs should be placed. She knows the space the best and directed our family and we flipped the venue in 10 minutes. Flowers, arches, chairs, aisle decor, and all. Then we did a bubble exit to leave and then the inside needed to be flipped back. All guests who walked in chipped in and helped flip the space again in about 15 minutes. I was stressed about flipping the space, but it was a piece of cake. The rest of the night went off without a hitch and we even opened the garage doors up to feel the cool breeze. All in all a great venue with great amenities, and a very helpful, responsive owner.

When planning our daughter’s wedding I had many questions. The Kansas Beach owner was gracious to answer quickly and offer help or available local vendors. She was organized and a step ahead of us during the event too. Top notch service. Highly recommend.
