Kellee of Rule 42 made custom pinwheels for my flower girls to carry. I contacted her through her Etsy store and she was a pleasure to work with. I provided her with my color scheme and she sent me a large number of patterns from which to make my choices. The end result was six giant pinwheels that are each unique, but look beautiful together. The pinwheels arrived in the timeframe promised, beautifully and securely package. Kellee even included an extra gift for each of my six flower girls.
